HBO’s Annual Emmy Awards Party – Anna Paquin In Alexander McQueen

Anna Paquin is becoming quite the brand ambassador for Alexander MQueen.

It’s a great fit as she has that mysterious aura surrounding her which helps her pull off the intricate pieces so well.

At HBO’s Annual Emmy Awards party, Anna arrived with her hubby wearing an Alexander McQueen LBD from the Pre-Fall 2010 collection.

The gorgeous cut of the dress gives Anna a strong and enviable silhouette.

Her pop of colour came via her Alexander McQueen Brittania Punk skull clutch.

The YSL Tribute pumps and House of Lavande bracelets she wore in to this party were also the same accessories she wore on the red carpet 2010 Emmy Awards.

2010 Emmy Awards – Anna Paquin In Alexander McQueen

Most Daring Award
At the 2010 SAG Awards Anna Paquin was the first to wear a look from the Alexander McQueen Spring 2010 collection on the red carpet.

She again became the first to wear a look from Alexander McQueen Resort 2011 collection at the 2010 Emmy Awards tonight.

Sarah Burton continued Lee McQueen’s legacy by creating this exquisite black satin dress with gold shoulder embellishment.

I don’t mind the black pumps on this occasion, but the models gold studded heels would’ve been the icing on this cake for this look.

Anna is totally feeling like a Princess Warrior in this look.

I think she nail it. She has the right attitude to pull a look like this off.

House of Lavande bracelets and YSL Tribute pumps completes the look.

2010 Entertainment Weekly And Women In Film Pre-Emmy Party – Anna Paquin In Preen

Actress Anna Paquin arrived at the 2010 Entertainment Weekly and Women In Film Pre-Emmy party with her hubby actor Stephen Moyer.

I adore Anna’s bright red Preen Plaza asymmetrical dress.

She’s radiant from her dress to her newlywed glow.

The body-sculpting dress was worn with a loose updo and a few gold bracelets.

Some sexy strappy sandals would’ve been my choice, but Anna paired her dress with black Brian Atwood Maniac pumps.

I think the dress is even sexier from the back than it is from the front.

HBO’s “True Blood” Season 3 Premiere – Anna Paquin In Proenza Schouler

Anna Paquin arrived on the red carpet with her fiancé and co-star Stephen Moyer, for the premiere of “True Blood” Season 3.

She opted for a blue and black sleeveless Proenza Schouler Pre-Fall 2010 dress with a pleated skirt.

I do like the dress, but I’m wondering how this would have looked with the model’s black belt.

Maybe it would’ve been one thing too many.

What do you think?

She did however pair her dress with a Proenza Schouler PS1 clutch and black Brian Atwood “Harrison” pumps which have a lace up detail at the back.

I love everything excluding her hair.  I wish she’d styled it better.

Runway To 2010 Vanity Fair Oscar Party – Olivia Wilde & Anna Paquin In RM by Roland Mouret

Olivia Wilde was my Best Dressed of all those who attended the Oscar after parties.

The stunning actress wore a buttery yellow RM by Roland Mouret “Hydra” gown.

The organza ruffle front gown was a beautiful colour on her, which she paired with a maroon clutch and matching Ferragamo satin heels.

Bold red lips and loose waves completed the look.

Roland Mouret also dressed Anna Paquin for the 2010 Vanity Fair Party.

Anna has been taking a lot of risks lately wearing Viktor & Rolf, Alexander McQueen and Marios Schwab, so her black RM by Roland Mouret “Latona” dress feels a bit tame in comparison to her riskier ensembles.

She would’ve totally rocked the orange version and I’m really surprised that on her current form she didn’t go for it.

The actress paired her dress with a Maia N python box clutch and a House of Lavande vintage seven strand gold ball necklace.
