Ana Ortiz In Badgley Mischka - 54th Monte Carlo Television Festival Closing Ceremony

Ana Ortiz arrived at the closing ceremony of the 54th Monte Carlo Television Festival on Wednesday (June 11) in Monte Carlo, Monaco.

The ‘Devious Maids’ actress wore a Badgley Mischka Spring 2014 V-neck gown enriched with shimmering crystals and intricate beadwork on a layer of lace which trails behind in a short train.

Keeping the colours neutral, she added a blush clutch, shimmering pink lip colour and Danielle Queller jewels to complete her look.

Ana Ortiz In Christopher Kane - Variety's 5th Annual Power of Women Event

Ana Ortiz attended Variety’s 5th Annual Power of Women event held at the Beverly Wilshire Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills, California on Friday evening.

The ‘Devious Maids’ star opted for a summery frock wearing a Christopher Kane Resort 2013 feminine silk-organza dress with a typically cool blend of elegance and edge; featuring black brushstrokes and bright-blue flowers which makes for a striking combination.

She emphasized the full-skirted cut with sky-high heels, but I wish they were sandals instead of pumps.

Guest of honour Maria Sharapova arrived at this event sporting stunning Tiffany earrings which were made especially for her.

Some girls get all the luck.

She also wore a slate grey and black printed Chloé by Hannah MacGibbon Resort 2010 print dress with ankle boots.

I love the print of her dress, but as usual the ankle boots don’t really work for me.

We all know how much Gossip Girl loves Topshop, especially Blake Lively so it’s no wonder the actress donned a sparkling Kate Moss For Topshop Summer 2009 fringed dress with sexy Jimmy Choo Lance strappy sandals.

I so appreciate a dress more with strappy sandals.

Her make-up was light with ‘just got out of bed’ hair.

Had Ana Ortiz not just given birth 2 months ago I would have been questioning her roots, but girlfriend has other priorities and I also believe that because of the chemicals it can be harmful to the baby, so I will let it slide.

The new mum arrived at this event wearing an Alexander Wang black and white jersey dress, whilst carrying a stand out red clutch which matched her bold lips.

20th Annual GLAAD Media Awards, New York

Vanessa Williams continues to astound me on the red carpet.

Some would say a woman of her age shouldn’t wear this Matthew Williamson silk asymmetric drape dress, but I say boo to that, because she is wearing it a lot better than girls half her age could.

Fierce, and she knows it. Love it, love her.

OMG, I didn’t know Ana Ortiz was expecting.

My isn’t she glowing in this white off-the-shoulder dress?

Tyra Banks’ Georges Chakra couture tuxedo shows off a much slender frame.

Portia de Rossi and Ellen Degeneres pose with their awards in the press room.

Ellen in a navy blue chic suit with comfortable sneakers, and Portia wore a strapless black Bottega Veneta Pre-Fall 2009 dress with Stella McCartney mesh basket sandals.

23rd Genesis Awards, LA

Ginnifer Goodwin looks so dreamy in her nude sequined April, May dress with a pretty, ruched organza detail cascading down the front.

Accessories were kept to a minimum, with a stunning pair of Daniel Swarovski statement earrings, a gold shimmering clutch and pointy heels.

She looks so elegant, and so feminine, but like you, I wish she crack a smile once in a while.

Best look of this event.

Emily Deschanel sprung into spring wearing a fresh, citrus orange satin shift dress.

Stunning gold accessories, and black pumps complete her look.

Tiffany Fallon wore a black top under her plunging Alexander McQueen cap sleeve jumpsuit.

Maggie Q red carpet appearance are now few and far between, but she still knows how to make an impact. The actress wore a dangerously deep plunging orange jersey BCBG dress, which nears her belly button.

2009 Empire Awards, London

Gemma Arterton had one good week, then reverted back to what we have come to expect from her – a complete and utter mess.

I will only assume she didn’t look in the mirror once she put on this off-the-shoulder Halston Spring 2009 dress, because it’s unflattering, and totally washes her out.

OK, ankle boots are the new red carpet trend, but they’re so wrong with this dress.

Olga Kurylenko who won Best Newcomer at this awards do, wore a very uninspiring all black ensemble.

“Monsters vs. Aliens” South Korea Premiere

Han Ye-Seul stepped in for Reese Witherspoon, wearing a nude Fendi Spring 2009 dress. It’s so pretty, and looks so delicate against her pale skin.

The floral appliqué’s add some texture to the dress, which she wears with nude strappy sandals.

L’Etoile nightclub, Paris

Dita von Teese enjoys a night out wearing a emerald green satin Malandrino Fall 2008 dress, with matching heels.

The plunge-neck dress has a tulip skirt, and a black belt with a green marble buckle. Her look is complete with trademark red lips and nails, plus a Christian Louboutin shoe clash clutch.

Worst Fancy Dress Award
Every event I ask the same question.

Why oh why does Lil Mama get invited to these events?

And the question is more urgent here, because this a FASHION event, and she has neither any style nor taste.

Worst Dressed Award
The attention seeker that is Solange Knowles, wore this bold grey Armani Privé Spring 2008 dress with a feathered bolero for one reason and one reason only, to scream LOOK AT ME.

We are looking honey, and we don’t like what we see, as it screams desperation.

What Happened To Your Innocence? Award
Are you as horrified as I am looking at 15 year old Taylor Momsen channeling heroin chic?

I am hating myself for loving her dress, which she accessorizes with Burberry bangles, but the make-up and the look in her eyes turns me cold.

Most Disappointing Award
I really hurts to put Leighton Meester on this list, but I really don’t like the colour combinations on her Missoni Resort 2009 colour-block dress, nor her hairstyle.

What The…? Award
I hate to use the drag queen comparison again to reference Tyra Banks, but in this case it is very apt.

What is with the make-up and that waxed facial expression?

Most Malnourished Award
Lydia Hearst needs to eat a Happy Meal, because girlfriends BMI is definitely under 18.

The cut out only emphasis her tiny frame.

Worst Look Book Award

Fergie is head to toe in the Gucci Fall 2008 collection. The folklore inspired blouse, the belt and the shoes combo, just look like it was picked from Look Book.

I do not feel that Fergie made this her own, as it feels very contrived.

Worst Use of Colour Award
Mary J Blige is hardly ever on my worst dressed list, but on this occasion I will have to say that I really don’t like the colour wash on this blue and white Roberto Cavalli halter-neck gown.

Worst Embellishments Award
Miley Cyrus sheer silver Zuhair Murad sequined mini dress with a matching bodysuit is typically over the top.

Worst Hair/Dress Combo Award
Natasha Bedingfield’s hair is so P!nk, like 5 years ago, and the dress is incredibly unflattering.

Most Underdressed Award
I would guess that Vanessa Carlton does not have a stylist, because no self respecting stylist would allow her to leave her house wearing this grey tank dress, with knee-length tights and booties.

Most Incredibly Boring Award
On such a fashionable night, why did Ana Ortiz choose such a boring plain black dress?

Worst Theme Award
It’s always good as a group to appear united and coordinated. It was a great idea to all dress in sari’s, but it only works on the three from the left, Jessica Sutta, Ashley Roberts and Nicole Scherzinger.

There is too much exposure for this traditional attire, but that is too be expected from PCD.
