Red Carpet Fashion Awards

Amy Adams continues her run of wearing dark colours at the 22nd Annual Producers Guild Awards, which was held at The Beverly Hilton hotel this weekend.

Her Andrew Gn Spring 2010 long sleeved dress was super sexy with a plunging neckline.

I love that jeweled butterfly detail at the waist which adds some oopmh to her look.

I am glad she’s starting to regain her confidence on the red carpet.

Amy added black satin Christian Louboutin peep toes and a Kotur clutch to complete her look.

Here is a round up of the rest of the looks from the 2011 Golden Globe Awards.

“Modern Family” actress Julie Bowen looked breath-taking wearing a Tadashi Shoji Spring 2011 dove grey antique crinkled silk chiffon beaded floral detail gown, which she teamed with a Judith Leiber ‘Katarina’ grey satin clutch.

Christina Hendricks looked stunning wearing a red hot Romona Keveza elegant silk crepe one shoulder gown with ruffled strap which she teamed with a Judith Leiber Fleurs minaudière.

I just wish she pulled her hair back so it wasn’t competing with the ruffled detail on her shoulder.

Vanessa Williams gave me old school glamour wearing a vintage pink sequined one shoulder Roberto Cavalli gown.

Her body is to die for and those earrings are divine.

Ladies Who Lunch Award
Amy Adams looked so lady-like on the red carpet at the 2011 Critics’ Choice Awards.

She wore a brocade Carolina Herrera Spring 2011 floral dress paired with black peep-toe heels.

It’s more ladies who lunch than Critics’ Choice Awards worthy, but there is no denying how beautiful Amy looks.

A loose chignon, black peep-toes, pink lippie and Cartier jewels completed her look.

The 2011 AFI Awards took place in Beverly Hills at the Four Seasons Hotel, and Amy Adams was one of the stars to take to the red carpet.

The red haired beauty wore an Elie Saab Fall 2010 dress.

The forest green structured cocktail dress with subtle sequin details was styled with a grey glitter Raven Kauffman Couture ‘Muse’ clutch, black Sergio Rossi peep-toes and Kimberly KcDonald earrings.

Although this is a nice dress, I would’ve expected more from Amy for an Awards do.

The forest green suits her colouring, but I’m not wowed by this look.

Amy Adams was in New York City to attend a screening of her new film “The Fighter” to benefit the Cinema School.

The actress wore one of my favourite looks from Roland Mouret’s Spring 2011 collection.

I do prefer the runway teal colour, but I also love Amy’s black shorter length version.

The plunging black Roland Mouret dress looks very chic on the new mum.

It looks like she getting back into the swing of dressing for the red carpet.

A Roland Mouret dress is never as simple as it seems.

From the back you can see that the dress has a sexy open back.

Natalie Portman was officially announced as the new face of ‘Miss Dior Cherie’ at the re-opening Dior’s 57th Street Boutique in New York City last night.

Posing alongside the very flamboyant John Galliano, Natalie wore a Dior spaghetti strap lace dress with black strappy sandals.

I would’ve loved something more breath-taking for such an occasion.

Leighton Meester has been wowing us plenty of times on the red carpet recently, but on this occasion she opted for an all black subtle Dior look.

I like the she didn’t outshine the guest of honor.

Amy Adams went for a classy ‘Ladies Who Lunch’ look wearing a chic navy Dior bow front dress.

Her look was paired with a jeweled Dior clutch and grey animal print heels.

Karlie Kloss who is the also the face of Dior, looked beautiful and fresh faced in her asymmetrical two-tone dress with gold heels and a black clutch.

Dree Hemmingway was my favourite at this event. She added a slouchy grey sweater to her gorgeous Christian Dior floral layered dress. I love the pink belt she wears over her sweater.
