Amanda Seyfried In Three Floor – 2013 MTV Movie Awards

Amanda Seyfried In Three Floor - 2013 MTV Movie Awards

Prioritizing her presenting duties, Amanda Seyfried skipped the red carpet at the 2013 MTV Movie Awards held at the Sony Pictures Studios in Culver City, California on Sunday evening.

Not skipping out on the trend of the night, a mini dress, the ‘Les Miserables’ actress, who presented ‘Best Kiss’ alongside Steve Carell, wore a Three Floor frock.

Her long-sleeved nude dress with blue lace and leather appliqués was styled with Rupert Sanderson ‘Elba’ black leather pumps.

While I do like the dress, the hair and makeup is a little lacklustre.

Amanda Seyfried In Roland Mouret - Linda Wells celebrates Allure Magazine's Look Better Naked Issue

Amanda Seyfried co-hosted Allure Magazine’s Look Better Naked issue with Linda Wells at A.O.C in Los Angeles, California yesterday evening.

The actress wore a Roland Mouret Pre-Fall 2013 look.

We are used to seeing celebs wearing the French designer’s signature fitted dresses; however, his Fall 2013 and Pre-Fall 2013 collections featured pieces with a more masculine flare, which is what Amanda selected for her red carpet look.

The black-and-grey houndstooth ensemble with solid black sleeves and panels running down the sides of the pants were styled with Rupert Sanderson ‘Elba’ pumps, a Givenchy ‘Rottweiler’ clutch and stud earrings.

Beauty-wise, she applied a bright-fuchsia-pink lip colour to counter the masculine elements of her look, with a braided ponytail providing the finishing touches.

Which Was Your Favourite Amanda Seyfried Look From The ‘Les Miserables’ Promo Tour?

Amanda Seyfried Promo Tour

Amanda Seyfried kick started her promo tour for ‘Les Miserables’ wearing a colourful Brood Spring 2013 frock with tights and ankle boots in Tokyo for the movie’s premiere.

She was lovely in lavender for the New York screening after-party in Marios Schwab, one of her favourite designers; we questioned the length of her Balenciaga skirt for the London premiere.

On her return to the States for the New York premiere, she blew us away in Alexander McQueen, before ending with Nina Ricci in Berlin.

Despite having a slightly shorter run than Anna Hathaway, I preferred Amanda’s overall run, as it was more colourful with more hits than misses.

The McQueen was my favourite by a long mile.

Amanda Seyfried In Givenchy – LAX

Amanda Seyfried In Givenchy - LAX

After attending several fashionable events during Paris Fashion Week, Amanda Seyfried was spotted arriving at LAX yesterday afternoon.

As I stated in a previous post, Amanda loves Givenchy.

Judging from this look she loves the menswear too, because she donned a textured Givenchy sweater with a Madonna and child motif from the Spring 2013 collection.

This could mean she owns so many Givenchy pieces that she’s already running out of womenswear options, but likely that she just loved the iconic piece.

Black jeans, black shoes with red laces and a black, white and grey Givenchy ‘Lucrezia’ bag completed her look.

This is just one of three that the actress has been seen carrying.

As you can see below, the bag comes in a variety of colours.

You can buy Amanda’s Givenchy ‘Lucrezia’ bag in a varitey of colours from Bergdorf Goodman, Barneys.com, farfetch.com US, farfetch.com, Matches Fashion Global, Matches Fashion UK.

CR Fashion Book Issue 2 Cocktail Party

CR Fashion Book Issue 2 Cocktail Party

Carine Roitfeld launched the CR Fashion Book Issue 2 with a black-tie party held during Paris Fashion Week at the Hotel Shangri-La on Tuesday, to which she invited a host of celebs, including Kate Moss.

Jessica Chastain: The Oscar-nominated actress wore a black Givenchy Fall 2013 draped gown with sheer sleeves, which was accented with a thin black cable belt. The sleek look was styled with a gold clutch and coral lips.

Amanda Seyfried: The Givenchy-loving star wore a head-to-toe Givenchy look. Going against the all-black dress code, she added a light-blue lace blouse to her look, which consisted of a black leather and wool coat and black pencil skirt; she styled the look with Givenchy sandals and a Givenchy Rottweiler clutch.

Jessica Alba: The mum of two, who is becoming something of a front-row regular, followed the all-black rule to a T. Wearing a Valentino one-shoulder LBD with oversized velvet bows, she styled her look with black tights, black pumps and a black manicure. You would think those bows would be overwhelming, but I think Jessica makes this look work.

Amanda Seyfried In Givenchy – 2013 Vanity Fair Party

Amanda Seyfried In Givenchy - 2013 Vanity Fair Party

Amanda Seyfried performed with her ‘Les Mis’ cast at the 2013 Oscars on Sunday wearing a dramatic red Givenchy gown with Kwiat ruby and diamond jewelry.

She also wore the same gown to the 2013 Vanity Fair party, which was held at Sunset Towers in Hollywood, California.

Her custom-made tulle gown with a red leather belt was my least favourite on the night, mostly due to the construction of the bodice.

It looks complicated, overworked, and not too comfortable either.

She fared much better in her Alexander McQueen red carpet gown.

Amanda Seyfried In Alexander McQueen – 2013 Oscars

oscars-amanda-seyfried

Amanda Seyfried absolutely glowed as she glided down the red carpet Sunday at the 2013 Oscars held at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles.

The ‘Les Misérables’ actress wore a custom Alexander McQueen halter gown.

The lilac organza gown covered in silver dragonfly embroidery is a subtle enough hue to be perfectly in line with the trend of the night–nude–but the halter and keyhole neckline do stand apart from the crowd of strapless gowns.

Her pastel makeup, softly finished hair and Lorraine Schwartz earrings complete a perfectly ethereal look, but unfortunately, the whole thing strikes me as a little dated (1980s), and I’m not crazy about it.
