Amanda Peet In Bottega Veneta – Build Series Discussion: ‘Brockmire’

Amanda Peet opted to freshen up her daytime look in impeccable style while attending the Build Series discussion for her new television show, ‘Brockmire’ on Wednesday (April 5) in New York City.

Following her awards season run which saw Amanda wear mostly black, this Bottega Veneta Spring 2017 look – which possesses noticeable sophistication – was like a breath of fresh air.

The look was very simple: a classic white shirt paired with a d-ring skirt, yet the end result is perfectly polished.

2017 Oscar Parties Roundup

The 2017 Oscars party circuit was in full tilt with so many other style darlings in attendance at both the 2017 Vanity Fair Oscar Party and Elton John’s AIDS Foundation’s Academy Awards Viewing Party on Sunday (February 26). Here, a roundup of additional looks from the star-studded evening.

Emily Ratajkowski: Glitz and glam feathers both played a sultry game in this Jonathan Simkhai Fall 2017 plunge gown.

Priyanka Chopra: Speaking of glitter, Priyanka’s black Michael Kors Collection gown would have just been a standard black dress had it not been for the blitz of sequins.

Sia: I had to do a double-take with the singer’s custom Giorgio Armani cantaloupe-hued suit, as the nude-coloured lining provided a strange effect that made her hat-topped head almost appear to be floating.

Amanda Peet In Bottega Veneta – 2017 Producers Guild Awards

Prior to the SAG Awards, the 2017 Producers Guild Awards took place on Saturday (January 28) in Beverly Hills, California.

Amanda Peet red carpet M.O. this weekend was long black gowns. On this occasion her look hailed from Bottega Veneta’s Pre-Fall 2017 collection.

Steeped in simplicity, it’s finished with embellishment drawing attention to the plunging neckline, however, my eyes head straight to the midriff as a result of an extreme paparazzi flash.

Amanda Peet In Michael Kors Collection – 2017 SAG Awards

Amanda Peet chose to wear black at the 2017 SAG Awards in LA on Sunday (January 29).

This dress, from Michael Kors Collection Spring 2017, was inoffensive and didn’t push any fashion boundaries, which is a move away from Amanda’s usual (sometimes questionable) red carpet choices.

You can’t go wrong with an LBD (Long Black Dress), and the twist/bow detail at the neckline, and embellished sleeves, are nice features.

Her red lip only served to enhance the look.

Amanda Peet In Michael Kors – 2015 Emmy Awards

Amanda Peet In Michael Kors - 2015 Emmy Awards

Amanda Peet attended the 2015 Emmy Awards at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles on Sunday night (September 20).

The actress donned a Michael Kors Pre-Fall 2015 gown with a peek-a-boo bodice accent and a Salvatore Ferragamo clutch.

I love the classic styling-ballerina bun and red lip–that Amanda paired with this modern-meets-classic gown. The texture of the fabric adds some serious fun to the basic black, while the cut-out is also an exciting modern twist to a classic silhouette.

I’m not going to pretend that Amanda doesn’t make some seriously strange fashion choices fairly frequently on the red carpet, but tonight was definitely not one of them. I’m a big fan of this look head to toe.

Amanda Peet In J. Mendel – 2015 SAG Awards

Amanda Peet In J. Mendel - 2015 SAG Awards

Amanda Peet attended the 2015 SAG Awards with her husband, ‘Game of Thrones’ producer David Benioff, on Sunday evening (January 25) at The Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles, California.

A mere 6 weeks after giving birth to her third child, the ‘Togetherness’ actress wore a strapless, pale pink J. Mendel gown with black accents.

I’m a fan of the dress itself. The black detail really modernizes and matures a color that can sometimes come across twee. It would have been better if there was an internal corset or straps on this however because Amanda needed additional support in the bust. The poor fit distracted from what could have been a really great look.

I like where she was going with the beauty look. The textured, messy bun, strong brow, edgy earrings and black nail polish should have read cool and modern. Unfortunately, the hair photographed very poorly and threw everything off but I’m with her in spirit.
