Fendi Host Dinner At Sotheby's

The new Fendi boutique opened on London’s New Bond Street on Thursday (May 1), with the celebration being attended by a selection of famous faces.

Suki Waterhouse: The model, who had attended a Prada event the night before, was wearing a head-to-toe Fendi look on this occasion featuring an interesting take on a crop top with a flared mini skirt. Opting for an interesting contrast of polka-dot ankle socks and white pumps, she completed her look with a studded Jimmy Choo ‘ice cube’ clutch.

Cara Delevingne: The model also wore a belly-baring look. Wearing head-to-toe black look consisting an Element Eden’Rascal’ crop top, quilted crop jacket, Tabitha Simmons ‘Eva’ suede ankle booties and J Brand ‘Maria’ super-skinny leather jeans, the face of Fendi’s Fall 2013 campaign added a touch of colour to her look with a Fendi ‘Buggies’ bag.

Poppy Delevingne: Sharing the red carpet with her kid sister, Poppy’s look is my favoured look of these three. Working a laidback look featuring a denim shirt, a dual-colour Mongolian fur gilet and leather pants, her effortless styling and lust-worthy accessories, including the ‘Peekaboo’ mini bag with a furry ‘Buggies’ accent, make this look chic enough for a store opening.

ELLE’s 5th Annual Women In Music Concert Celebration

Here is a quick roundup of a few more attendees of ELLE’s 5th annual Women In Music concert celebration on Tuesday (April 22) in Hollywood, California.

Sophia Bush: Donning spring whites, the actress wore a midriff-baring Camilla and Marc leather two-piece with asymmetrical lines from the Fall 2013 collection, which she styled with the shoe of the moment: Stuart Weitzman’s ‘Nudist’ sandals.

Kat Graham: The actress wore a Lie Sang Bong Spring 2014 lively printed blouse and thigh-slit skirt styled with Brian Atwood fuchsia pumps and a matching Swarovski pink-satin and crystal ‘Nirvana Star’ box clutch.

Aluna Francis: We’ve seen sheer hems; now we have sheer sides. Aluna’s dress may seem simple at first, but consider the sheer panels, rise-and-fall hemline, high neckline, tabs at the sides and revealing underwear and there is quite a lot going on here. The only thing appealing here is the yellow and blue open-toe booties.

Aluna Francis In Balenciaga - Jimmy Choo’s CHOOAluna Francis kept company with fellow musician, Solange Knowles, at Jimmy Choo’s CHOO.08˚ launch event, hosted by the brand’s creative director, Sandra Choi, on Tuesday (April 15) in Beverly Hills, California.

The singer, who was fresh in from the Coachella Music Festival, rocked a legs-for-days look from the Balenciaga Spring 2014 collection.

The sheer, ribbed-tape crop top and molded peplum shorts had a cool, techno-modern edge. She emboldened the sporty-luxe, hip-hop vibe with the casual long jacket and Jimmy Choo ‘Toyko’ high-top, metallic and snake-print sneakers.

With so many pumps at this party, it was refreshing to see another Choo in the mix—even if I would have preferred to see this ensemble without the overcoat.

Aluna Francis In Antonio Berardi - Brit Awards 2014

Aluna Francis, lead singer of AlunaGeorge, attended the Brit Awards 2014 held at the O2 Arena in London this evening (February 19).

Keeping up her impressive style credentials, the singer wore one of my favourite pieces from the Antonio Berardi Spring 2014 collection.

Breathing life into the sheer trend, she breezed onto the red carpet wearing a light-pink sheer chiffon blouse, pink rise-and-fall crepe/lace skirt with a red silk cut-out bra peeking out as intended.

Couldn’t gone wrong in doomed hands (*coughs* Jessie J *coughs*), but she looks stunning.

Sexy without screaming for attention (again, *coughs* Jessie J *coughs*). This look is perfect for the musical event.

Brits 2013

Many more PYTs were out on the red carpet at the 2013 Brit Awards, held at the O2 Arena in London yesterday evening.

Laura Mvula: The singer wore a leather coat dress by London-based Korean-born designer, Heohwan Simulation. Music’s lady of the moment styled her zipper-accented perforated look with white Jimmy Choo ‘Vita’ peep-toes and a perspex floral clutch. Her makeup is flawless. I wish my skin glowed like that.

Katherine Jenkins: The Welsh singer wore a Stella McCartney kaleidoscopic dress from the designer’s Evening 2012 collection, which the designer herself has worn in a different colour. Her Charlotte Olympia pumps match her dress, with a pink lip colour providing an interesting contrast. I like that she’s continuing to discover different silhouettes.

Aluna Francis: The singer/songwriter opted for a metallic-grey Theyskens’ Theory Fall 2012 dress with pearl-embroidered details which give it that beautiful shimmer. I adore the delicate sheer skirt; the fine details are amazing. Christian Louboutin ‘Corpus’ sandals and a ‘Mina Strass’ clutch couldn’t be more perfect for this.
