Alison Brie In Dundas – 2018 SAG Awards

Alison Bree was one of the first stars to make her way down the red carpet at the 2018 SAG Awards in Los Angeles on Sunday (January 21).

The actress wore a Pre-Fall 2018 Dundas gown paired with Irene Neuwirth jewels.

There’s something to be said for being one of the first people down the red carpet, because everyone is fresh and eager and ready for fashion moments. Whether that comes into play here I can’t say, but I just love this dress. The vibrant red is such a striking color and the rainbow striped sequin trim is a complete delight.

I often think of Alison as a more demure actress, and I just love the fun she’s having with this look. Her bronze smokey eye and red lip offer the perfect complement to something so striking and fun.

Alison Brie In Roland Mouret – Los Angeles Confidential Celebrates ‘Awards Issue’

Alison Brie hosted the Los Angeles Confidential Celebrates ‘Awards Issue’ cover at The Jeremy Hotel on Saturday (January 13) in West Hollywood, California.

When it comes to this Roland Mouret ‘Primrose’ wide-leg jumpsuit with lightweight ruffled layers that add texture and volume, I only like the bottom half.

The top feels very restricting and I’m not a fan of that sheer panel.

I can’t say I’m 100% on board with the Alex Owens from Flashdance hairstyle either.

Irene Neuwirth One of a Kind earrings completed her look.

2018 Critics’ Choice Awards Red Carpet Roundup

Following the 2018 Golden Globes black dress code, the 2018 Critics’ Choice Awards on Thursday (January 11) showcased a range of colours, styles and designers.

Reese Witherspoon: The actress’s most memorable looks often have bold colours, so I was surprised she opted for a black Prada dress. That being said, I thought the short length really worked for her, with the embellishment adding some vicariousness. The Roger Vivier shoes enhanced the playful mood.

Emma Roberts: Her choppy blonde fringe was certainly a talking point, but the elegant simplicity of her Giorgio Armani gown didn’t go unnoticed. The strapless column fit perfectly. She styled it in a very modern way with the gold-toned accessories and by leaving the neckline bare.

Emilia Clarke: Like Reese, the ‘Game of Thrones’ star opted for a shorter black dress. She wore a Dolce & Gabbana frock with Gianvito Rossi sandals. I would have loved to see the look completed with a red lip as it would have added some warmth while playing up the brand’s Italian film star aesthetic.

Alison Brie In Vassilis Zoulias – 2018 Golden Globe Awards

Alison Brie graced the red carpet at the 2018 Golden Globes Awards on Sunday (January 7), alongside Catherine Zeta Jones and Dakota Johnson.

The Best Actress Television Series Musical or Comedy nominee was clad in a black jumpsuit with a train from Greek designer Vassilis Zoulias.

There was plenty of drama in the look from the voluminous skirt. With the full proportions, you can almost miss the split revealing the pants, had it not been for her expert posing.

A detailed necklace balanced the sweeping hems while drawing attention to her sophisticated updo.

Alison Brie In Brandon Maxwell – ‘The Post’ Washington, DC Premiere

Alison Brie made a graceful entrance at ‘The Post’ Washington, DC premiere on Thursday (December 14), where she joined Sarah Paulson.

She seems to have been inspired by the shades of the season with her snowy Brandon Maxwell Spring 2018 gown.

The dress’s flowing skirt paired with the halter style has a refreshing softness, but it’s the roll neck and knit fabric that really make the piece something special for me.

The material gives the skirt a wonderful drape and makes the top fit perfectly.

A swipe of blue eyeshadow completed the icy look.

Alison Brie In Tory Burch – ‘GLOW’ SAG-AFTRA Foundation Screening

Alison Brie attended the SAG-AFTRA Foundation Conversations screening of ‘GLOW’ on Wednesday (November 29) in Los Angeles, California.

The actress opted to bring Fair Isle charm and nostalgia to the red carpet wearing a chunky-knit Tory Burch Elyse sweater from the Fall 2017 collection, paired with very smart wide leg trousers for some preppy nonchalance.

I immediately took note of the puff shoulders and slightly slouchy fit – just what is needed for this seasons layering when the temperature drops.

HFPA and Instyle Celebration of the 2018 Golden Globe Awards Red Carpet Roundup

Many more style darlings were at the HFPA and Instyle Celebration of the 2018 Golden Globe Awards on Wednesday (November 15) in West Hollywood, California.

Serinda Swan: This Styland ensemble brought every bit of smoldering sizzle we’d expect from a hot-red gown except manifested in a suit, and I loved every minute of it—especially with the matching red lip and handbag.

Andrea Riseborough:
The event saw Andrea reinvent her look again, as she rocked a new Galaxina hairstyle with an equally galactic metallic jumpsuit. Directional makeup and decorative wrist cuffs completed the look that may split the vote—but I think we can all agree that there will be no boredom with this punchy, experimental look.

Olivia Culpo: Some may fault the visible cups underneath this Monique Lhuillier Spring 2018 gown. But, the wispy beauty of the tulle and its glinting embellishment had a sense of enchantment, regardless.
