Alice Englert joined co-star Emmy Rossum on the red carpet on Wednesday evening at the TCL Chinese Theatre in Hollywood, California for the ‘Beautiful Creatures’ premiere.
As much as I loved this Elie Saab Fall 2012 Couture pale-blue-and-gold brocade long-sleeved embellished fit-and-flare dress on the runway, I didn’t expect to see it on the red carpet.
Why? Because I thought it would be considered too costumey for a red carpet look, but Alice proves me wrong.
While the look does have a very theatrical feel to it, Alice carries the look very gracefully.
I find myself very disappointed with the shoe choice, however. They feel very muted considering the matching clutch and wild, wavy red tresses.
How do you feel about this look?
Too costumey or enough drama to keep you interested?
