The Pride Of Britain Awards 2017

The 2017 Pride Of Britain Awards took place in London on Monday (October 30) with host of British celebs having the opportunity to go high-glam on a special night to honor heroes.

Amanda Holden: I would’ve expected Amanda to have gone down the big gown route, and she did so in style wearing a Basil Soda gown with glamour high and sex appeal on the agenda. She never disappoints.

Holly Willoughby: The TV presenter was the belle of the ball, looking gorgeous in her Georges Hobeika lilac gown. This was such a refined elegant look topped off with breath-taking Lorraine Schwartz earrings.

Alesha Dixon In Stella McCartney – ‘Can’t Stop, Won’t Stop A Bad Boy Story’ London Screening

Alesha Dixon was at the ‘Can’t Stop, Won’t Stop: A Bad Boy Story’ VIP screening in London back in May, but her outfit has left me green with envy ever since.

One of the metrics of successful style is all about balance, and she achieves that supremely well here with her body-con tank matched to the baggier form of the Stella McCartney Spring 2017 ‘Benni’ wide trousers featuring the on-trend paper-bag waist.

These pants are not for the faint of heart to wear, as the proportions are not easy to pull off. But, Alesha makes it all seem so effortless through her monochromatic styling.

We might normally fault the visible bra, but here the black peek-a-boo effect just adds another layer of intriguing edge—especially when her cropped leather moto jacket comes into play.

Lake Bell wore the navy version of the trousers, as well, but I appreciated Alesha’s first run of them so much more. Would you agree?

Who Wore Dsquared² Better? Jennifer Hudson or Alesha Dixon?

Jennifer Hudson and Alesha Dixon both wore this Dsquared² marigold dress within a month of each other.

Jennifer lit up the Tiffany & Co. 2017 Blue Book Collection Gala, while Dixon wowed the ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ audience.

This is a classic case of how accessories can make or break a look.

Jennifer’s black over embellished pumps were so wrong for this look, while Alesha going for gold – both in her accessories and her makeup – saw her bring home the trophy.

Alesha Dixon In Beaufille – X Factor Edinburgh Auditions

Alesha Dixon was in Edinburgh, Scotland on Wednesday (June 28) to meet the latest round of X Factor hopefuls who were desperate to get through the audition stages.

Looking on trend, Alesha donned an off-the-shoulder crop top and flared trousers from Beaufille’s Spring 2017 collection.

I love the ruched, over-sized sleeves on the white crop top which elevate this look to high fashion levels.

While I enjoy the contrast between the monochrome top and trousers, is the latter a touch too long?

The singer accessorised her look with a pair of drop hoop earrings, sleek straight hair, and a red lip, proving the only drama to be found wasn’t just in the outfit itself.

Is this BDOTY worthy, or are you still in lust with her previous Rosetta Getty look?

Alesha Dixon In Rosetta Getty & Stella McCartney – The X Factor Manchester Auditions

Alesha Dixon was seen heading off to ‘The X Factor’ auditions in Manchester, where she acted as a stand-in judge for the day for Nicole Scherzinger on Saturday (June 24).

Mixing and matching two different pieces to her advantage, she donned a Rosetta Getty Pre-Fall 2017 colour-block top with a Stella McCartney draped skirt.

By pairing these two pieces together, she imbued the overall ensemble with a playful, feminine angle to make the look her own. I also love that she opted out of the arm sling.

Gingham Miu Miu wrap sandals finished the ensemble with a flirty twist.
