Ahna O'Reilly In Monique Lhuillier - 'The Long Shrift' Opening Night After Party

Ahna O’Reilly attended the after-party during ‘The Long Shrift’ opening night held at the Rattlestick Playwrights Theater on Sunday (July 13) in New York City.

The actress looked super cute wearing a Monique Lhuillier Resort 2015 black and teal beaded romper styled with black Monique Lhuillier lace-up sandals.

While this is a more sombre mix of colours than we are used to from Ahna, her romper with its sparkling details still makes a fun and delightful impression.

Max Mara 1

A crush of luminous lovelies were on the scene at the Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles, California on Tuesday (June 10) for MaxMara And W Magazine’s cocktail party in honour of the Women in Film Max Mara Face Of The Future, Rose Byrne. Looks from MaxMara and its youthful Sportmax label were plentiful—naturally—with guests each bringing their own unique flair to the evening’s fashion.

Rose Byrne: As the party’s ‘it’ girl, Rose appropriately led the event with one of the more eye-catching, glittery ensembles, shining brightly in a Max Mara midnight-navy sequinned V-neck dress. She paired down the glitz factor with dual-tone, Jimmy Choo Kahlua pumps, neutral makeup and minimal jewels.

Ahna O’Reilly: Pretty in girly pink, Ahna stepped out in a Sportmax crepe dress with zipper detail, Stuart Weitzman ‘Nudist’ sandals and a contrasting blue Edie Parker ‘Edie’ clutch.

Kiernan Shipka: The young trendsetting starlet gave us a feminine look with edge via her demure MaxMara beaded white silk top and tougher Max Mara black leather skirt with feminine pleating. She added a pop of bold colour via a yellow Christian Louboutin studded bag along with strappy sandals.

Ashley Madekwe & Ahna O'Reilly In Monique Lhuillier - Monique Lhuillier Pre-Fall 2014 Luncheon

Ashley Madekwe and Ahna O’Reilly attended the Monique Lhuillier Pre-Fall 2014 luncheon held at the Monique Lhuillier Salon at Melrose Place in Los Angeles, California on Tuesday (May 20), with the ladies wearing looks from different seasons.

Ashley Madekwe: The actress went for Spring, wearing a coral re-embroidered lace shell top with a floral Lucite collar paired with a poppy guipure-lace pencil skirt. You can always rely on Ashley for a touch of flair; here she added a pair of multi-coloured Stuart Weitzman ‘Nudist’ sandals, Rose+Stone rings and cuffs, with a hot-red lip rounding out her look.

Ahna O’Reilly: Sporting a side-swept twisted ponytail, the actress also opted for a ladylike look, with her black confetti petal-print top and skirt accented with a black patent-leather belt hailing from the Fall 2014 collection. Like Ashley, Ahna didn’t skimp on the footwear, upping the ante of her look with a metallic-gold pair of Jimmy Choos.

I think both looks are very chic and elegant for the occasion. It’s impossible for me to pick a favourite. Can you?

Fendi and Elle Magazine Celebrate an Original Collaboration with The Coveteur

Following the celebration of the new Fendi boutique in London, a host of starlets took to the Fendi boutique in Beverly Hills, California on Thursday (May 21) for an event hosted by Fendi and Elle to celebrate the original collaboration with The Coveteur and the Fendi’s Spring 2014 eyewear collection.

Emma Roberts: The actress wore a dual-colour black and pink Fendi Resort 2014 dress. I love the primness of the look which is spliced with the edgy black racer front layered top. The Fendi mini ‘Peakaboo’ perfectly accessorized her look, but I can’t say I’m too keen on the Fendi sandals.

Ahna O’Reilly: Looking at Ahna’s Fendi ‘Iridia’ orange crystal shaped sandals, I can’t help but feel that these are the shoes that Emma should’ve worn. However, they also work perfectly with Ahna’s Fendi Spring 2014 futuristic leather strapless dress and mirrored Fendi shades.

Jordana Brewster: The ‘Dallas’ actress was also wearing a impeccable head-to-toe Fendi Spring 2014 look, donning a delicate strapless coral layered dress with a laser-cut pattern beneath. She accessorized with Fendi ‘Iridia’ heels and Fendi shades.

Despite feeling like I should pick one of the more summery frocks, Ahna’s edgier look is easily my favourite here.

Ahna O'Reilly In Elie Saab - Film Independent Spirit Awards 2014

Ahna O’Reilly also attended the 2014 Film Independent Spirit Awards, hosted on Saturday (March 1) at Santa Monica Beach in California.

The actress skipped a frock in favour of an Elie Saab Spring 2014 ensemble, consisting of a creamy-white top, embellished in watercolour florals, and matching high-waisted, tailored pants.

While we certainly aren’t accustomed to seeing a non-gown Elie Saab moment on the red carpet, this look had the potential to be every bit as stunning as those dresses.

However, I was missing the crisp, bright appeal that captivated me on the runway. A victim perhaps of poor styling, the chic separates were weighed down by clunky Aldo platform sandals and a garish hot-pink clutch.

Who Wore Bibhu Mohapatra Better Ahna O'Reilly or Adriana Lima

Ahna O’Reilly was the first to wear this Bibhu Mohapatra Resort 2014 mixed scroll-print pattern dress with a plunging bodice with bandeau bralette detail to the Who What Wear and Cadillac’s 50 Most Fashionable Women of 2013 event back in October.

Last month, Adriana Lima wore the same dress to the IWC Schaffhausen event, styling her look exactly the same, with black ankle-strap sandals, plus she added the sponsor’s timepiece.

There isn’t much in it, but Adriana’s undeniable sex appeal wins me over here.
