2013 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show Models Red Carpet Roundup

2013 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show Models Red Carpet Roundup

Taylor Swift and Ciara weren’t the only ones making a splash at the 2013 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, held at the Lexington Avenue Armory in New York City yesterday. The red carpet played host to a handful of the show’s leggy models, all of whom wore only slightly less revealing clothing than what was shown on the runway.

Lindsay Ellingson: Decked out in a structural burgundy-hued minidress courtesy of Mugler Spring 2013, Lindsay took a more futuristic approach to sexy styling. To lighten the mood, she accessorized with powder pink pumps.

Karlie Kloss: The statuesque model chose an off-the-shoulder, cleavage-enhancing LWD from Cushnie Et Ochs Resort 2014, and paired it with a white studded Rebecca Minkoff  ‘Coco’ clutch and black sandals.

Alessandra Ambrosio: The Angel showed off her toned physique in a red leather Anthony Vaccarello Spring 2014 look, which featured a daring open front and strange triangle-shaped detail at the skirt’s hem. Metallic pumps and a gold cuff bracelet completed the look.

Adriana Lima In Alberta Ferretti – II BrazilFoundation Gala Miami

Adriana Lima In Alberta Ferretti - II BrazilFoundation Gala Miami

Adriana Lima attended the II BrazilFoundation Gala Miami 2013 held at Vizcaya Museum & Gardens in Miami, Florida yesterday evening.

It appears that the trend to wear a dress backwards is still going strong.

She took to the red carpet wearing an Alberta Ferretti Spring 2012 white gown backwards.

Why?

The white sleeveless gown with geometric cut-outs on a nude underlay has a high neckline and this just won’t do for a glamazon like Adriana, who has made her living showcasing her cleavage as a Victoria’s Secret model, so she did the old switcheroo to make her cowl-back gown a cowl-front gown.

Do you like how Adriana has made this gown look uber sexy, or has she ruined it for you?

Carla Amorim earrings completed her look

You may remember that Jada Pinkett-Smith wore this same gown, the right way, back in May last year in Tokyo.

Victoria’s Secret Bombshells Events

Adriana Lima, Alessandra Ambrosio, Miranda Kerr, Erin Heatherton and Candice Swanepoel attend the ‘Victoria’s Secret Bombshells Kick Off The Bombshell Summer Tour’ at The Grove Victoria’s Secret store in California yesterday.

When I saw this picture yesterday I was surprised not to see a single bandage dress.

The models opted for cute flirty floral mini dresses which Adriana and Miranda both wore with Jimmy Choo ‘Lucia’ wedges.

I should’ve known the models couldn’t stay away from bandages dress for too long.

At the Victoria’s Secret ‘What is Sexy’ list: Bombshell Summer Edition launch party in Beverly Hills last night, Miranda Kerr and Erin Heatherton both opted for Herve Leger dresses.

Alessandra Ambrosio (Jimmy Choo ‘Emerald’ sandals), Adriana Lima and Candice Swanepoel and all opted for Dolce & Gabbana.

Nothing says ‘Very Sexy’ like Herve Leger and Dolce & Gabbana on a Victoria’s Secret’s model.

Roberto Cavalli Paris Boutique Opening

Diane Kruger starts the week off on a good note, wearing a chain-mail Roberto Cavalli Fall 2009 dress, with an asymmetrical hem.

She completes her look with her hair pulled back, a fur shrug, a gold clutch and black boots.

She is another actress who continues to improve on perfection.

Milla Jovovich’s white embroidered Roberto Cavalli Spring 2009 dress looks really cute from the front. I love the lace yoke and the black ribbon detail.

From the back, it looks like she is wearing a nappy (diaper).

Not a great look, but very cozy to sit on I would imagine.

French actress Roxane Mesquida wears a strapless Roberto Cavalli Spring 2009 mini dress, which is very similar to the dress Miley Cyrus wore to the Clive Davis Grammy Party last month.

The difference here, is that the black, white and grey print, plus the embroidery on back of the ruffled skirt, plus the wearer, makes the dress appear classier.

Will the real Adriana Lima please stand up?

I don’t think I have ever seen Adriana look so plain and reserved. Normally she’s wearing an ultra short mini, her hair has that ‘just got out of bed’ look, and she’s giving us that signature pout.

If you are wondering what happen, she got married.

Why do these chicks get married, or start dating someone, and lose their identity?

Victoria’s Secret 2009 "What Is Sexy?" List Party

Isabeli Fontana was the most fashion forward out of all the Victoria’s Secret model by wearing a cute navy Jonathan Saunders Spring 2009 graphic tiered dress, with Balmain fringed leather boots.

Noemie Lenoir opted all black ensemble with included a leather biker jacket, and open-toe booties.

Adriana Lima puckered up her perfected pout wearing a white and silver Pucci mini dress, which showed off her incredibly long legs.

Like Adriana, Doutzen Kroes was dressed like a stereotypical Victoria’s Secret model wearing a Elise Overland taupe mini dress, with silver sandals.

I adore this BCBG Max Azria Fall 2008 LBD with a fan sleeve which Adrienne Bailon wore. Her YSL Trib Two’s were more predictable.

2008 ESPY Awards Red Carpet – Best Dressed

Best Couple/Best Dressed Female Award
I love Victoria Beckham, you know I do, but for her to walk the red carpet with sunglasses on, (one of my red carpet NO NO’s) is beyond pretentious, although I do appreciate that she is channeling Audrey Hepburn here.

Luckily for her she has that hot arm candy in her husband David Beckham, and she wore a stunning primrose yellow RM for Roland Mouret Pre-Fall 2008 ‘Kleber’ cocktail dress, with an origami-pleated neckline, and full-length zip at the back, which makes me forgive, but not forget.

What I also admire is her restraint to not have worn shoes to match her dress.

Best Dressed Male Award
Hotness.

In some pictures it looked like David Beckham had tucked his tie into his shirt, but the soccer stud was actually wearing a white waistcoat. Such a smooth look for the handsome Becks wearing a Spencer Hart suit and Tom Ford shoes

David won Best MLS Player on the night, a feat that was not very difficult.

Best White Award
For such a hot sunny day TV personality Terri Seymour chose right with this white Azzedine Alaia mini dress, which she matched with gold YSL tribute pumps.

Best Sparkle Awards
I love Venus Williams – who looks a lot like Serena here – in this black and silver sequined plunge-neck Diane von Furstenberg dress with Giuseppe Zanotti strappy heels.

The more championships she wins, the better her style becomes.

Best Female Over 6ft Award
It is not easy being tall, muscular and dressing elegantly, but WNBA player Candace Parker pulls it off, looking very glamourous in her champagne gown.

The star won Best Female Athlete on the night.

Best Accessories Award
I would never have thought to match yellow with grey, but IRL driver Danica Patrick, makes it work with her Nanette Lepore Spring 2008 strapless mini dress.

Not crazy about her hair though.

Simple, But Elegant Award
Sophia Bush’s dark olive one-shouldered Fendi Fall 2008 gown, is a huge departure from her normal style of thigh high dresses.

I adore her earrings.

Best Mini Award
Kristen Bell kept is short and very sweet in this strapless purple Jil Stuart Resort 2009 bustier dress, which she accessorized with a long necklace with a huge pendent.

Best At Sticking To What Works Best Award
Model Adriana Lima wore this Alessandro Dell’Acqua dress, which you would very much expect her to wear as it’s cute and short.

Best At Not Playing It Safe/Best Legs Award
Kate Walsh could have worn a dress like Sophia Bush and played it safe, but the actress wanted to have fun last night, and it showed.

The Private Practice star wore a short purple and silver sequined Jenny Packham cocktail dress, which showed off her sexy legs.

She completed her look with strappy Calvin Klein heels.

Just Not Sure Award
I am not sure if I like this printed maxi dress on Ashanti or I hate it, so I am staying on the fence.
