The Hollywood Foreign Press Association And InStyle Celebrate The 2015 Golden Globe Award Season Red Carpet Roundup

The Hollywood Foreign Press Association And InStyle Celebrate The 2015 Golden Globe Award Season Red Carpet Roundup2

Here is a quick roundup of some of the other attendees for the Hollywood Foreign Press Association and InStyle’s celebration of the 2015 Golden Globe awards season held at Fig & Olive Melrose Place on Thursday (November 20) in West Hollywood, California.

Abigail Spencer: The actress wore an oversized Michael Kors Pre-Fall 2014 suit styled with all-black accessories including the brand’s signature bow.

Isabel Lucas: The Australian beauty wore a navy jacquard Prabal Gurung Resort 2015 look with a dainty asymmetrical ruffled hemline. I can’t say I like the socks and open-toe booties pairing, but Isabel has always celebrated a slightly offbeat style.

Michelle Monaghan: Opting for a less is more approach, the gorgeous actress wore a colour-block Roksanda Spring 2015 frock styled with all-black accessories. At first I was longing for a bit more from Michelle, but looking at the red carpet, this simple stylish look was event appropriate.

Best Dressed Of The Week – Emmy Rossum In Oscar de la Renta, Abigail Spencer In Paule Ka & David Gandy In Marks & Spencer

Best Dressed Of The Week - Emmy Rossum In Oscar de la Renta, Abigail Spencer In Paule Ka & David Gandy In Marks & Spencer

Emmy Rossum was your best dressed this week wearing a gorgeous strapless tiered Oscar de la Renta gown to the LA Opera.

My vote went to Abigail Spencer in her black and white Paule Ka gown worn to the ‘This Is Where I Leave You’ LA premiere; as I said at the time, I don’t think she’s ever looked better – she totally blew me away.

Even with very stiff competition from Ryan Reynolds and Dan Stevens, Dandy Gandy, not surprisingly, was the runaway winner. Some may think he only gets votes because he is so damn good looking, but look again – the man knows how to wear a suit. On this occasion his Marks & Spencer suit was tailored and styled to perfection.

Abigail Spencer In Paule Ka – ‘This Is Where I Leave You’ LA Premiere

Abigail Spencer In Paule Ka - 'This Is Where I Leave You' LA Premiere

Abigail Spencer joined co-stars Tina Fey and Jane Fonda on the red carpet for the ‘This Is Where I Leave You’ LA premiere held at TCL Chinese Theatre on Monday (September 15) in Hollywood, California.

Amping up the glamour, the actress opted for a classic black and white colour palette, looking sensational in her Paule Ka Spring 2014 Black Carpet Collection gown with an asymmetrical bodice.
I love how the sleek silhouette provides form-fitting femininity, while the dramatic floor-length skirt adds a resplendent finish.

Topped off with black Stuart Weitzman ‘Nudist’ sandals, Tiffany & Co. jewelry and a bright red lip, this could possibly be Abigail’s best look to date.

Abigail Spencer In Dolce & Gabbana – ‘This Is Where I Leave You’ Toronto Film Festival Premiere

Abigail Spencer In Dolce & Gabbana - 'This Is Where I Leave You' Toronto Film Festival Premiere

Abigail Spencer attended the premiere of her film ‘This is Where I Leave You’ at the 2014 Toronto International Film Festival on September 7 in Toronto, Canada.

The star wore a dramatic golden mosaic printed Dolce & Gabbana Fall 2013 gown with a gold clutch and stunning Irene Neuwirth jewels.

I have been so struck by these gowns since they first strutted down the runway, and Abigail and her fierce sense of style really did it justice, bringing it to life on the red carpet.

A sleek, center-parted, low hanging chignon, bright raspberry lips and thick lashes–and of course her flawless skin–are the perfect beauty additions to this stunning, high-fashion moment.

Monique Lhuillier Spring 2015 Front Row

Monique Lhuillier Front Row

The Monique Lhuillier Spring 2015 show at New York Fashion Week saw plenty of stylish stars sitting front and center on the front row.

Sophia Bush: The stylish star wore a black high neck dress with cap sleeves and a sheer embroidered overlay from the designer’s Fall/Winter 2014 collection. She paired the some funky jewels, a white box clutch and a pair of aqua pumps. Because of the dress’s formal, dramatic nature, it was fun to see the added interest from the accessories.

Louise Roe: A black, one-shoulder jumpsuit with lace sleeve detailing from the designer’s Pre-Fall 2014 collection looked stunning on Louise, and her bright red nails and layers of gold bangles added the perfect pizzaz to the already sexy style.

Hollywood Foreign Press Association’s Grants Banquet Red Carpet Roundup

Hollywood Foreign Press Association’s Grants Banquet Red Carpet Roundup

Here is a roundup of some of the other looks on the red carpet at the Hollywood Foreign Press Association’s Grants Banquet held at The Beverly Hilton Hotel on Thursday (August 14) in Beverly Hills, California.

Abigail Spencer: The actress opted for a Dolce & Gabbana monochrome look, donning a white chiffon blouse with a playful black bow, styled with streamlined black trousers. Her black Jimmy Choo ‘Void’ lace ankle-strap pumps add a feminine flourish to this mannish offering.

Jessica Parker Kennedy: The actress wore a ladylike Carolina Herrera silver and black metallic-print strapless dress featuring a folded neckline. While I’m not that excited about the styling, it works perfectly for the look.

Gina Rodriguez: While this navy Laquan Smith Fall 2014 dress comes across as heavy, especially for a summer’s evening, I am in lust with this look from head to toe – especially the toes, which were dressed in a pair of tri-colour Jimmy Choo ‘Typhoon’ pumps, with a Kotur cream clutch rounding out this superb red carpet look.
