Abbie Cornish In Christian Siriano – 2018 Vanity Fair Oscar Party

After attending the 2018 Oscars, Abbie Cornish headed to the 2018 Vanity Fair Oscar Party on Sunday (March 4) in Beverly Hills, California. She joined Zoe KravitzEmma Watson and Emily Blunt.

The ‘Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri’ actress went from heavy embellishment to bold blooms in a Christian Siriano Spring 2018 ensemble.

Even though this is a full runway look, I enjoy that it’s separates, bringing a fresh silhouette to the mix of gowns.

Such a strong print on a voluminous skirt could have overwhelmed her, but the stark black long sleeves balance out the striking pattern.

The jewels might not have been necessary but they echo the flora on the dress while softening the austere nature of the bodice.

Abbie Cornish In Elie Saab Couture – 2018 Oscars

Abbie Cornish attended the 2018 Oscars in Los Angeles on Sunday (March 4).

The actress wore an Elie Saab Couture gown from the 2018 Spring collection, which was equal parts classic and modern.

The gown has a distinctly vintage art deco feel, while the rose gold color of the fabric and beading is thoroughly au courant. And while I am a little bored with the off-the-shoulder trend in general, it adds a dramatic and visually appealing element to this gown.

Rosy smokey makeup and a very simple blow-out complete the look.

Abbie Cornish In Philosophy di Lorenzo Serafini – 2018 SAG Awards

Abbie Cornish hit the red carpet at the 2018 SAG Awards in Los Angeles on Sunday (January 21).

The ‘Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri’ actress wore a lovely Philosophy di Lorenzo Serafini gown with black sandals and a black and gold clutch.

I am loving how unique this gown is. It’s not often you see white lace with so many various techniques happening all at once, but the ruffling, the stripes and the pleating in the lace all play in to each other beautiful, rather than competing for attention. Being a hybrid between a buckle and a bow, the black detailing is striking without being precious.

We’re clearly seeing a trend of stars leaving their hair down on the red carpet, and I love this easygoing, wavy blowout. Her simple makeup is just enough with the silver pop on the eyelids.

2018 Producers Guild Awards Red Carpet Roundup

The 2018 Producers Guild Awards was the event to attend in Los Angeles on Saturday (January 20), with a host of star making appearances.

Holly Hunter: While this look isn’t going to remain in our minds for long, I love the high waist and geometric-print bodice on the Elizabeth Kennedy Spring 2017 gown. A perfect blowout and arms that are giving us all major workout inspo are keeping Holly on the fashion map.

Timothee Chalamet: The ‘Call Me By Your Name’ actor has certainly been stretching his fashion legs his first award season, and continues to experiment. Since we have mostly seen him in more shrunken styles, this slightly oversized double-breasted jacket seems to be a departure. I’m not crazy about it on its own, but I like it as a entry into his overall body of red carpet ‘work’.

Leslie Mann: I consider Leslie to be one of the most underrated stars to regularly grace the red carpet, and this Reem Acra gown, paired with Irene Neuwirth jewels proves my point: The gown has absolutely everything I love in a gown: Bright colors, a gorgeous print, exquisite detailing and and overall joyful vibe. Thanks for never letting me down, Leslie.

Abbie Cornish In Moschino – 2018 Golden Globe Awards

Like a number of stars at the 2018 Golden Globe Awards on Sunday (January 7) in Beverly Hills, California, Abbie Cornish relied on a flurry of scintillating embellishment to elevate her all-black look.

The modern keyhole detail of this Moschino long-sleeve gown was crucial to add a moment’s rest from the adornment of oversized paillettes.

What I found even more intriguing, though, were Abbie’s colourful earrings which added a subtle yet impactful flair to the look.

HFPA and Instyle Celebration of the 2018 Golden Globe Awards Red Carpet Roundup

Many more style darlings were at the HFPA and Instyle Celebration of the 2018 Golden Globe Awards on Wednesday (November 15) in West Hollywood, California.

Serinda Swan: This Styland ensemble brought every bit of smoldering sizzle we’d expect from a hot-red gown except manifested in a suit, and I loved every minute of it—especially with the matching red lip and handbag.

Andrea Riseborough:
The event saw Andrea reinvent her look again, as she rocked a new Galaxina hairstyle with an equally galactic metallic jumpsuit. Directional makeup and decorative wrist cuffs completed the look that may split the vote—but I think we can all agree that there will be no boredom with this punchy, experimental look.

Olivia Culpo: Some may fault the visible cups underneath this Monique Lhuillier Spring 2018 gown. But, the wispy beauty of the tulle and its glinting embellishment had a sense of enchantment, regardless.
