Red Carpet Fashion Awards

Rihanna performed live on the X Factor on Sunday evening.

The singer wowed audiences with a rendition of her latest single “Only Girl (In The World).”

Mid way through her performance her dancers started a food fight by throwing cakes around the “Alice In Wonderland” set.

The ‘mad hatter’ wore a William Tempest Spring 2011 dress.

You may remember that I picked this dress as one of my top 10 looks from New York Fashion Week.

Florals accents adorned her head and her white and nude devore dress with a sculptural skirt.

This was always going to be a performance dress rather than a red carpet dress, as I can’t see how any star would be able to sit in this beautiful dress.

I would’ve loved the look even more had it not been for those biker boots, but Rihanna does rock this look really well.

Cheryl Cole finally opted for something really colourful on Sunday nights X Factor results show.

The brunette beauty wore an Ina Soltani Fall 2010 two-tone dress.

Her silk hot pink and purple mini dress with a pleated dramatic bodice and black velvet belt was paired with matching purple suede Christian Louboutin pumps.

Cheryl’s hair has been the topic of much debate this season, but I really liked her chic updo last night.

de Grisogono jewels and the gorgeous smile completed her look.

Dannii Minogue sparkled as she made her way onto the X Factor stage on Sunday night for the live result show.

The mother of one looked gorgeous twinkling under the studio lights wearing a black one-sleeved Project D dress.

Her fully sequined dress is of her own design was paired with the same black Charlotte Olympia Paloma satin platform pumps she wore last week, and Annoushka jewels.

There was no elaborate quiff on Sunday night, just a slick bob.

This was a fabulous look for Dannii, but I’m still desperately missing the J’Aton Couture looks she gave us last season.

Like the stars on the red carpet, Cheryl Cole is wearing a lot of Spring 2011 looks during the X Factor live shows.

On Saturday night the judge appeared on stage wearing a Spring 2011 dress by London based designer Jonathan Saunders.

I loved the different textures of her dress which included a mesh yoke and waxy trim on the hem of her flared skirt.

This is a super cute dress for Cheryl, but I wasn’t fond of the black trim which lines the bust as I prefer how the dress was presented on the runway.

She accented her black and white mini dress with a Poppy is to show her support for the Royal British Legion and wore Jimmy Choo metallic sandals.

The only thing I wasn’t crazy about with her Saturday night look was the hair.

That sweeping part tucked behind her ear was really nagging me.

Dannii Minogue made quite an entrance on the X Factor stage last night wearing head-to-toe red.

Her red Marchesa Fall 2010 strapless dress had a ruffle cascading down the front, which she accented with a decorative Poppy is to show her support for the Royal British Legion.

I know it was a Halloween themed show so I get the Jedward inspired hair, but her make-up wasn’t as flawless as it usually is.

Sparkling red Giuseppe Zanotti peep-toes and Annoushka jewels completed her look.

After wearing head-to-toe black for the first 2 weeks of the X Factor live shows, Cheryl Cole gave us two non-black looks this weekend.

On Sunday night she dazzled in a sexy Kristian Aadnevik Spring 2011 mini dress straight off the runway from London Fashion Week.

The one-sleeve white mini dress with the silver stripes was more like the young, fun sexy Cheryl we’re used to seeing.

She completed her look with Nicholas Kirkwood black strappy heels.

I would’ve preferred the runway heels or heels in a similar colour, but I’m glad to see her sparkle back.

The judge/singer also performed her new single “Promise This” live on the show, which is the first track off her new album, “Messy Little Raindrops”.
