Nicole Scherzinger In Emma Cook - 'X Factor' London Auditions

Nicole Scherzinger made a colourful entrance on the red carpet at London’s Wembley Arena yesterday, where she joined ‘X Factor’ hopefuls as well as fellow judges Gary Barlow, Sharon Osbourne, and Louis Walsh on a very hot, sunny afternoon.

The singer wore an Emma Cook outfit, pairing a hot-pink unbuttoned shirt with a graphic-print skirt accented with a waist-cinching black belt.

As someone who is rarely moved by anything Nicole wears, she made it that much harder by pairing her colourful look with black Kurt Geiger ‘Britton’ pumps. What a letdown.

Delicate Katie Rowland ‘Morrigan’ necklaces, bouncy waves, a complementary pink lip colour and oversized sunnies completed her look.

X Factor LA

The X Factor LA Auditions took place on Wednesday afternoon with all eyes on the three female judges.

Paulina Rubio: The singer opted for a Zac Posen satin dress styled with leather gloves and House of Harlow sunglasses. I can’t say I’m surprised that I don’t really like the look. The dress is cute but slightly OTT, and the styling is just terrible.

Demi Lovato: Sporting a braided updo, the singer wore a paisley-print Isabel Marant dress accented with a black leather belt and styled with black ankle-strap Schutz shoes. I want to like this look, but I find it ages Demi quite drastically. You may remember that Maggie Gyllenhaal wore the same dress back in April.

Kelly Rowland: Adding some youth and vitality to this troop, the singer wore a Wayne Pre-Fall laser-cut white top and mini skirt, which she styled with Christian Louboutin ‘Daf Geek’ booties.

Britney Spears looked nervous during the season finale of ‘The X Factor’ at CBS Television City in LA yesterday evening.

If the singer had judged her Bottega Veneta Fall 2012 gown last night, I’m sure she would have said she looked “amazing”.

I would have to agree to a certain extent because this dark, glamorous Bottega Veneta Fall 2012 velvet gown with a sexy leather corset gives her a beautiful silhouette, making her appear taller and slender.

Playing up to the gothic romance of the gown, she opted for smoky eyes, with nude glossy lips and diamond earrings completing her look.

LeAnn Rimes has spent most of today defending her performance with Carly Rose Sonenclar on ‘The X Factor’ Season Finale Night 1, which was taped live at CBS Television City in California yesterday evening.

The singer wore a Nini Nguyen tunic dress with a silk front and a leather back.

I love the deep plunge at the back and from the front the necklace keeps me interested, but I’m unable to give any love to those Givenchy shark-lock fold-over wedge knee-high boots.

While they may be seen as a directional choice, I’m not a fan of the fold-over part of these boots.

Do you love her look or were you too distracted by her performance?

I was less surprised when it came to Demi Lovato’s look on ‘The X Factor’ Season 2 Top 16 To 12 Live Elimination Show in Hollywood, California, last night.

Demi has pretty much worn Topshop exclusively throughout her run on the show.

On this occasion she wore a khaki shirt dress with a a studded leather collar with Chloe Green brown shoes.

Even though I haven’t been the biggest fan of Demi’s looks during this show, I always felt like she made an effort, but I don’t get that on this occasion.

This looks like the look she wore to the studio before getting ready for the show.

It’s a no from me.

You can buy Demi’s Topshop denim studded collar dress from Topshop US and Topshop International.
