Cheryl Cole In Alexander McQueen & J Brand - X Factor Edinburgh Auditions

The next stop on the X Factor audition trail for Cheryl Cole was Scotland, where the beautiful singer was spotted headed to the Edinburgh venue today (1 July).

Cheryl wore an Alexander McQueen Resort 2014 clean-lined tunic cut from canvas featuring white patch pockets.

I would’ve loved her to have teamed her tunic with a cream mini (possibly layered) skirt for a more feminine finish; however, she opted to wear J Brand leather leggings and the same white Rupert Sanderson pumps she wore to the London auditions.

This black, white and cream theme à la Nicola Peltz is starting to get a wee bit tired, but then again her only detour to colour wasn’t a successful one.

Her ombre tresses were pulled back into a sleek ponytail with a gold cuff and glossy lips completing her look.

Nice, but slightly underwhelming at the same time.

Cheryl Cole In Stella McCartney - The X Factor Newcastle Auditions

Cheryl Cole arrived for the Newcastle auditions of ‘The X Factor’ today (June 26), which were held at Newcastle Gateshead Quayside in England.

The judge took a breezy, summery approach in her textured white Stella McCartney Resort 2014 short frock with a dropped armhole detail and a loose tie at the back.

Although it was a simple statement, the dress was still the main showpiece here as her nude pumps all but blended into her leg line, providing a lengthening effect.

A wrist cuff and a loosely upswept bun completed her look, which was chic if not so original. Charlize Theron and Jennifer Hudson both wore this white whiff of a dress late last year.

Is the third time still a charm?

Cheryl Cole In Jil Sander & Temperley London - X Factor London Auditions

Cheryl Cole was back at the Emirates Stadium today (June 24) for the London auditions of The X Factor.

Following this weekend’s look, the judge stuck with black and white, wearing a boxy Jil Sander Spring 2014 basket-weave cotton crop top with a split at the front and back.

Styled with another pair of tuxedo trousers, this time from Temperley London, the black tapered design have side pockets which give the piece a draped effect.

Taking the sophistication of this look up several levels, she added a gold tribal-style Balmain quilted-effect gold-plated necklace which looks like it could almost be part of the top.

White pumps rounded out this look.

Even with the pumps, I love this from head to toe. This is my favourite look from her so far.

Mel B In Anthony Vaccarello - X Factor UK Manchester Auditions

Melanie Brown took to the red carpet at the Lancashire County Cricket Club in Manchester, England, today (June 16) for the first X Factor UK auditions for 2014.

The former Spice Girl who joins the panel – which includes the returning Cheryl Cole – wore an Anthony Vaccarello Spring 2014 studded black skirt with a long-sleeved top.

While I’m glad she didn’t wear the strapless top, I’m also thankful, for her sake, that the auditions are conducted with her behind a desk, because that micro skirt, hankie or whatever you call it will barely cover anything once seated.

Nude Louboutins and a simple ponytail completed her look.

Cheryl Cole In Jay Ahr - X Factor UK Manchester Auditions

Cheryl Cole officially made her return to the X Factor judging panel by attending the photocall in Manchester, England, today (June 16).

Still sporting blonde ombre locks she gave a red carpet debut during the Cannes Film Festival, the judge was perfectly in tune with the current season wearing a Jay Ahr Spring 2014 drop-waist sport dress, which at first glance looks like a layered T-shirt, paired with a structured honeycomb-mesh skirt.

I love everything about this feel-good, season-appropriate look especially considering the weather isn’t great today, and even more so I love her metallic-blue Tamara Mellon sandals.

A gorgeous smile completed her look.

The only thing I would alter about this look is changing her hair back to a warm chestnut brown; the blonde isn’t entirely working for me.
