Who Wore Bottega Veneta Better Rosario Dawson or Anne Heche

Rosario Dawson was the first to wear this salmon-pink-coloured Bottega Veneta Pre-Fall 2013 ‘Japonaise’ dress while attending the ‘Trance’ New York premiere back in April which looked divine against her olive skin.

Adding a selection of darker-pink Bottega Veneta accessories perfectly completed her chic look.

Anne Heche wore the same dress last month while attending the Oceana’s 6th annual SeaChange Summer Party.

Sadly, her accessories, the omission of the belt, all went against her.

This was an easy win for Rosario, but her pluses far outweigh Anne’s faults, it needs to be said. This is one of Rosario’s best ever looks.

Who Wore Max Mara Better Nina Dobrev or Malin Akerman

Back in March Nina Dobrev wore a red-haute one-shoulder Max Mara jumpsuit to The Hollywood Reporter’s Most Powerful Hollywood Stylists luncheon with her stylist Ilaria Urbinati.

The ‘Vampires Diaries’ star opted for gold accessories including a Devi Kroell clutch and Jimmy Choo ‘Biel’ wedges.

Last month Malin Akerman wore the same jumpsuit to the Television Critics Association’s Summer Press Tour, opting for much simpler styling of just nude pumps with a glossy red lip to complement her look.

Nina wins for me as I prefer her gold accessories and the length of the pants, which stop just at the ankle.

Who Wore Michael Kors Better Rosie Huntington-Whiteley or Heidi Klum

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley was the first to wear her Michael Kors Pre-Fall 2013 strapless leaf-print pencil dress back in April while attending a dinner in honour of Michael Kors hosted by Vogue.

A thin leather belt highlighted her slim waist, while a pair of white Jean-Michel Cazabat pumps elongated her enviable pins.

Late last month Heidi Klum sizzled on the America’s Got Talent red carpet wearing the exact same frock.

Like Rosie, Heidi added a waist-cinching belt, opting to tread the red carpet in black Jimmy Choo ‘Jada’ sandals.

While both ladies looked gorgeous in their dresses with tumbling curls, I am going with Rosie because I prefer her styling. That chain belt doesn’t really work with Heidi’s dress.

Who Wore Saint Laurent Better Kate Moss or Lady Gaga

We have seen the Saint Laurent Swarovski crystal-embellished stretch-mesh jumpsuit on both Kate Moss and Lady Gaga.

The two ladies wore the piece in very different ways.

Kate added a boyish Saint Laurent blazer and ankle boots while attending a party during Paris Fashion week back in March, while Lady Gaga took to the streets of Manhattan recently adding a bra and panties, accessorizing with Alaïa boots and a studded Alexander McQueen ‘Heroine’ bag.

This look doesn’t is quite shock-value piece.

I know the majority of you dislike this look, but I have to go with Kate on this occasion, even though I wish she had added a leather skirt to the look.

Who Wore Dolce & Gabbana Better Lea Seydoux, Julia Restoin Roitfeld or Sienna Miller

Dolce & Gabbana’s floral-print dresses are always a favourite among celebrities, but this particular baby-doll sundress infused with a summer-fruits print and subtle sequin detailing has been donned by three lovely ladies this summer.

Lea Seydoux gave this frock and the Christian Louboutin ‘Lagoula’ sandals their red carpet debut at the Cannes Film Festival photocall for her movie ‘La Vie D’Adele’.

Dolce devotee Julia Restoin Roitfeld kept the summery vibe of her dress going with a white Dolce bag and light-green wedges.

Finally, Sienna Miller attended the BMW i3 Global Reveal event, styling her frock with Charlotte Olympia ‘Sugar High’ sandals, opulent earrings and a watermelon lip colour.

This is one of the hardest WWIB posts I have ever done. Each lady wore it – and, most importantly, styled it – well.

I wanted to give this to Julia for considering the colour palette of her dress when selecting her accessories, but in the end I gave this win to Lea. Mostly because her styling was the most simple and effortless, allowing the dress to be the focus.

Who Wore Christan Dior Better Princess Charlene of Monaco or Jenna Coleman

Princess Charlene of Monaco took her front row seat for the Christian Dior Cruise 2014 presentation in Monaco back in May wearing a strapless navy-and-black striped dress from the Pre-Fall 2013 collection, which she wore with a round-neck black cashmere top to give her more coverage.

Jenna Coleman wore the same dress as part of a trio of Comic-Con looks when she took to the red carpet with her boyfriend Richard Madden for Entertainment Weekly’s annual Comic-Con celebrations.
The petite British star styled her look simply with black pumps and a chain-accented bag.

While I love that Princess Charlene made the look her own, I much prefer this dress as it was intended – strapless – so Jenna wins for me.
