Who Wore Dolce & Gabbana Better…Laetitia Casta or Lucy Liu?

Who Wore Dolce & Gabbana Better Laetitia Casta or Lucy Liu

Back in February, Laetitia Casta attended a photocall during the 64th Festival di Sanremo 2014 wearing a Dolce & Gabbana dress featuring an illustration of Acropoli di Agrigento in Sicily.

Opting for a more conservative look than we are used to, she styled the look with a black blazer and bow-front pumps.

Lucy Liu wore the same dress a few months later to the Tony Awards nomination, adding a belt and keeping the styling to a minimum which won me over, so she wins for me.

Who Wore Michael Kors Better…Heidi Klum, Iman or Chiling Lin?

Who Wore Michael Kors Better Heidi Klum, Iman or Chiling Lin

Heidi Klum attended the Hollywood Stands up to Cancer event back in January wearing a Michael Kors Spring 2014 earthy blouson-sleeved dress featuring fluid accordion pleats, a front slit and a leather belt styled with strappy Michael Kors ‘Fariha’ sandals.

This look was a hit.

It was also a hit for Iman, who styled the look with a complementary snakeskin clutch and brown peep-toe shoes while attending the Variety Power of Women New York Luncheon back in April.

Chiling Lin gave this look its third outing while attending the Michael Kors Kerry Centre flagship store opening back in April, styling her pleated dress with a nutmeg Michael Kors ‘Miranda’ clutch and matching platform sandals.

All three women look equally great in the dress; however, I prefer Heidi’s daintier footwear choice so she wins for me.

Who Wore Stella McCartney Better…Imogen Poots or Cameron Diaz?

Who Wore Stella McCartney Better

Imogen Poots was the first to don this sweet Stella McCartney LBD with a plunging neckline when she stepped onto the red carpet back in January for the ‘That Awkward Moment’ LA premiere.

Sporting her signature purposely curly updo, with piercing cat-eyes and Christian Louboutin patterned pumps, this was yet another playful look from the young actress.

Three months later Cameron Diaz wore the same dress to the LA premiere for ‘The Another Woman’.

Wearing black and Stella McCartney are no surprises when it comes to Cameron, but I was surprised by her choice of footwear, with the cuff stumpifying her enviable long legs, so Imogen wins for me.

Who Wore Lela Rose Better…Bridget Moynahan or Nikki Reed?

Who Wore Lela Rose Better Bridget Moynahan or Nikki Reed

Bridget Moynahan wore a black Lela Rose Spring 2014 dress to the Help USA 2014 Tribute Awards Dinner back in March.

Despite the intricate unique wood-grain-effect sheer lace yoke and hem for an art deco feel, there wasn’t much to shout about when it came to this look.

So cut to a month later, when Nikki Reed took the dress for a second run out when attending the ‘Murder of a Cat’ Tribeca Film Festival premiere, styling the look in pretty much the same way, but the bold red lip makes all the difference.

The splash of red wins this for Nikki.

Who Wore Dior Homme Better…Jeremy Renner or Anton Yelchin?

Who Wore Dior Homme Better Jeremy Renner or Anton Yelchin

It’s not often we have a menswear Who Wore It Better; however, on this rare occasion we have Jeremy Renner and Anton Yelchin wearing the same Dior Homme Spring 2014 suit.

Jeremy first wore his Dior Homme deep-blue wool notch-lapel tuxedo styled with a white cotton shirt, black silk tie and black patent-leather derbies to the ‘American Hustle’ LA screening back in December.

Anton opted to ditch the tie while attending the ‘For The Love of Cinema’ dinner back in April

Both look very smart; however, going tieless gave this unique suit an edge, so Anton wins for me.

Who Wore Ralph Lauren Better…Lupita Nyong’o or Nong Poy

Who Wore Ralph Lauren Better Lupita Nyong'o or Nong Poy

Lupita Nyong’o blew us all away during awards season, never more so than when she donned a red caped Ralph Lauren gown to the Golden Globe Awards.

I was very surprised to see it worn again just two months later by Nong Poy to the Hong Kong Film Awards

The Thai actress wore it equally well, keeping the styling to a minimum and adding a red lip.

Both women look outstanding; I should toss a coin as it is impossible to choose, but I will go for Lupita on this occasion as this was such a great moment which will go down in fashion history as one of her best red carpet looks.
