Who Wore Herve Leger Better…Michelle Williams or Michelle Rodriguez?

Last month, Michelle Williams attended the 28th Annual Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony held at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live in California, where she wore a black-and-white Herve Leger bandage gown.

The singer added black Giuseppe Zanotti sandals and a black clutch to her look.

Michelle Rodriguez wore the same gown in white-and-black while attending the ‘Fast & Furious 6’ Seoul premiere in South Korea on Monday.

The actress opted for a simpler approach, adding just a silver cuff to her look, with a beauty regime consisting of barely there makeup and naturally wavy tresses.

Both women look gorgeous; however, I’m going to give this win to Michelle Williams because I appreciate her efforts to go glam in this look.

Who Wore Victoria Beckham Better…Rachel Weisz or Christina Aguilera?

Rachel Weisz attended the LA premiere of ‘Oz the Great and Powerful’ wearing a stunning Victoria Beckham gown in vivid orange with her hair slicked back.

Her dress, which features nude straps and a white accent below the cut-out, was styled with a Lanvin clutch and Tiffany & Co. jewels.

Christina Aguilera hit the red carpet at the Time 100 Gala in New York last month wearing the same sleek figure-flattering gown in all black.

Diamonds from Lorraine Schwartz adorned Christina’s look, which she styled with wavy tresses and bright-red lippie.

Both look great; however, Christina’s jewels were overkill, plus I prefer the sportier vibe I am getting from Rachel’s look, so she wins for me.

Who Wore Michael Kors Better…Emily Blunt or Natasha Yarovenko?

Emily Blunt was one of my best-dressed stars to grace the red carpet at the 2013 Golden Globe Awards back in February.

The British actress looked divine wearing a Michael Kors Resort 2013 gold embroidered gown with cut-out details, which she styled with stunning pink-and-red gemstone earrings and a Ferragamo clutch.

Natasha Yarovenko wore the same gown in black, adding a punchy red Christian Louboutin clutch and a chic top-knot to her look.

I much prefer the richness of the gold gown compared to the black. Had they worn the same colour gown, Emily’s styling would’ve still won me over, especially with those earrings.

Who Wore Alexander McQueen Better…Elizabeth Banks or Angelababy?

Elizabeth Banks looked breathtaking when she took to the red carpet for the 2013 Vanity Fair Oscars party back in February wearing an off-runway Alexander McQueen Spring 2013 gown with a low-cut bodice.

She styled her poppy-print organza gown with an Alexander McQueen tortoise-shell belt with a gold buckle, Dior jewels, Brian Atwood heels and a gold McQueen clutch.

Angelababy wore the same gown when she attended the 2013 Huading Awards Ceremony in Hong Kong last month.
Opting to style her gown with the solid gold belt, I felt the jewels were too much for this gown; Elizabeth was right to keep her jewels simple.

Also, the excessive boobage was off putting. For letting the gown do all the talking, Elizabeth wins for me.

Who Wore Saint Laurent Better…Rita Ora or Anna Dello Russo

For the Elle Women in Music Celebration last month many of you thought that Rita Ora’s Saint Laurent Spring 2013 tuxedo dress was a tad costumey.

While I see your point, I also think it was a fashion risk that paid off, so I am not surprised to see the ultimate fashion risk taker Anna Dello Russo also wearing the same look, hat and all.

The Vogue Nippon editor-at-large was also at the Vogue Festival this past weekend speaking on her second favourite topic – blogging.

Anna opted for tights and t-bar pumps to Rita’s bare legs and pumps.

I’m going to give this one to Rita. This look is very much expected from Anna, so Rita wins on the element of surprise, plus I prefer the fit, which appears to be much looser on Anna.
