Yasmin Sewell is the seriously stylish former Chief Creative Consultant for iconic British store Liberty who now works for modaoperandi.com.

The Australian beauty, who resides in London, created a buzz as Buying Director for Browns and is acclaimed for her knack of breaking unknown brands and designers such as Pierre Hardy and Rick Owens onto the scene.

Since her job requires her to forecast what the trends will be six months ahead of time, it’s no surprise that Yasmin turns heads in killer outfits consisting of the hottest up and coming designers, mixed in with more established brands such as Burberry, Chanel and Céline.

You’ll find Yasmin being photographed outside of the shows during Fashion Week by street-style snappers who can’t get enough of her chic menswear-inspired pieces, signature curly bob and trademark sunglasses.

Elisa Sednaoui is a gorgeous 23 year old model and actress who has been garnering some serious buzz lately.

It’s not surprising when you consider that the stunning beauty snagged campaigns this season for Giorgio Armani and H&M and returned as the face of Chanel Eyewear. Add to this cover spreads in ELLE Italia and this month’s Harper’s Bazaar Mexico and it’s easy to see why she’s well on her way to becoming a household name.

Elisa’s striking features can be attributed to her Italian, French and Egyptian heritage and an interesting fact to note about the model is that shoe maestro Christian Louboutin is her Godfather. Her shoe collection would probably make the majority of us weak with envy.

Describing her style philosophy, Elisa uses words like ‘minimalist,’ ‘comfortable,’ ‘simple’ and ‘less is more.’

She readily admits that she’s a big fan of black and leather but keeps it exciting by playing with textures and mixing it up with brightly coloured dresses and street style looks in neutral palettes. You’ll find Tamu McPherson outside nearly every fashion show during Fashion Week (Month) with fellow Street Style Bloggers, Tommy Ton, Hanneli Mustaparta and Garance Doré.

Like Hanneli and Garance, she is the subject of other street style photographers.

It’s very common to see Tamu taking someone’s picture, whilst someone else is taking her picture, as Tommy Ton has captured her above.

The New Yorker who lives in Milan is not only a photographer, but she’s also the recently appointed Online Editor of Grazia.it, plus she has her own blog All the Pretty Birds, which focuses on the majesty of individual street style.

Her blog is updated every day with photos of fashionistas on the streets of Milan, but this post focuses on her style.

I first met her two seasons ago at Aquilano.Rimondi Fall 2010 show. I was taken by her warmest, kindness and engaging personality. It’s always a pleasure to catch up with her every season.

I’ve spotted her many times during Fashion Week. She’s hard to miss with her red hair and perfect porcelain skin.

Street style bloggers love her. Like most New York editors she captures the spirit of real everyday dressing with high-end pieces.

She is the Queen of mixing thing ups; whether it’s prints, colours, masculine/feminine or edgy/girlie.

Her combos make her street style so interesting, especially when mixed with her variety of accessories from Masai chokers to a multitude of necklaces which she piles high.

She seems to favour hips labels like Alexander Wang, Christopher Kane, Proenza Schouler, Givenchy, Rick Owens, Ann Demeulemeester and she often adds vintage pieces to her look.

I’ve wanted to do this post for a long time, but I thought it best to save my favourite Style Spotlight star for the last one of the year.

Kate Lanphear is the Style Director at Elle US.

She’s a fashion icon because I don’t know anyone who can wear so much black yet never look boring. Maybe she should be dressing Angelina Jolie.

I always look out for her during fashion week and so do the style bloggers. They love her as much as their Queen Anna Dello Russo.

She’s always immaculately dress with kick ass accessories which pull everything together so well.

Before Harper’s Bazaar she worked at Teen Vogue and assisted stylist Lori Goldstein.

During Fashion Week the style bloggers go crazy for her downtown New Yorker style.

I saw her many times during Spring 2011 fashion week and I always noticed her trademark Raybans, bold red lips and long blonde hair which was styled into a Wang/Miu Miu plait.

She’s a very stylish lady. Her outfits always stand out and are very well put together and perfectly accessorized.
