Christine Centenera is the Fashion Editor for Harper’s Bazaar Australia and Lara Bingle’s stylist.

Recently Christine has become the subject of many fashion and style blog  thanks to her achingly cool style achievements. Showing up to local and international fashion events has created perfect photo-ops-made for catching this on-trend lady.

Christine is a leading head in fashion and we wouldn’t expect anything less than a strong developed sense of style. With a natural edge and soft, pretty features Christine remains approachable-looking.

She mixes and matches her wardrobe and isn’t afraid to wear things more than once.

I’ve found some of the top picks of Christine’s personally styled pieces to share.

Here is Christine supporting local Australian Designer and fellow Aussie Josh Goot.

This brilliant Spring 2009 dress is a psychedelic splash of fun and vibrancy.

Layered with a serious black jacket, scarf and gloves Christine smartens the look, toughening it further with those patent to-die-for YSL’s.

Again combining two different feels- laid-back battered denims and a white tee with a sharp statement Balmain Fall 2009 jacket.

The high-end jacket says luxury but the denim and tee oppose this giving a ‘just-thrown-together’ look. This has a great feel.

She sure know how to vamp it up, though.

Christine shows us how it’s done in amazing Gucci fall 2009 platform thigh-high boots. I love the mix of slouchy and body-con. It’s comfortable yet exudes cool.

Christine is lucky enough to have a stunning piece of Prada to flaunt and here she heightens the luxe feel of a sheer Chloe shirt with a Prada costume jewellery necklace.

Green gems are natural-looking and add attention-grabbing shine to her outfit.

Proving just how shiny and special they are to her, Christine’s YSL Tributes have made regular appearances accompanying all from dresses to jeans.

They sex-up a lot of what she wears and are flawless-looking giving Christine added height and dominance as a modern working woman.

Christine is apparently ‘a self-confessed sucker for anything with studs, metal detailing or patent leather. Perferably all three at once’.

I love the rock sensibility of her look and these Givenchy Fall 2009 beauties harden a soft grey marl dress worn by Christine during Paris Fashion Week.

These shoes show who’s in charge.

Keeping it simple but daring to be different with smart fashion-forward touches are the key to Christine’s look. Her recipe for successful dressing comprises of sticking to block colours that are comfortable whilst playing with layers.

And final ingredient; a killer heel.

Anna Dello Russo is the fashion director and creative consultant for Vogue Nippon.

I’ve always wanted to focus on her unique style, as she must have the most enviable closet of any fashionista.

She wears all the daring pieces I wish we would see on the red carpet.

She’s bold and fearless, without going over board.  She’s always tasteful and chic.

I maybe be wrong, but I’m yet to see her repeat a look like Carine Roitfeld and Anna Wintour.

Here’s a look a some of her recently looks which I’m totally in love with.

My favourite look has to be this Balenciaga dress for two reasons.

Firstly it looks so divine on her, and secondly it’s a beautiful colour combination.

I thought celebrities would’ve been queuing up around the block to get their hands on this beautiful dress, so I’m very grateful to Anna wearing this look.

This round neck dress with long billowy sleeves is by Greek born designer Mary Katrantzou.

I love the print which is inspired by a perfume bottle and the refractive quality of glass.

I think this would be hard for many to pull off, but Anna does with relative ease.

When Pink and Sharika are picking same dress from Balmain’s Fall 2009 45 piece collection, Anna wore this strapless silver futuristic dress with a peplum at the waist.

Anna exudes ladylike sophistication in her Chloé bow-detailed asymmetric silk blouse, which she paired with an orange silk Rochas skirt, nude heels and a Louis Vuitton speedy.

Not many would be daring enough to wear such a fashion forward Dolce & Gabbana look during the day.

We wear jeans, Anna wears high fashion.

In this second Dolce & Gabbana Fall 2009 look, we finally get to see the back of this stunning lace/sheer dress, which Anna is daring enough to wear without any linings.

If Rihanna is looking for an edgy, yet sophisticated way to approach fashion, she should take some style tips from Anna Dello Russo.

Whilst we’ve been drooling over Drew Barrymore’s red carpet adventures, Zoe Saldana has also had an outstanding week, promoting Star Trek in Europe.

Her best moment came last night at the Berlin premiere, where she wowed everyone wearing a red Prabal Gurung Fall 2009 cocktail dress, with Bulgari jewels which included a yellow gold and diamond pave Celtaura bracelet, and yellow gold and diamond pave earrings.

The asymmetrical mini dress had a large exaggerated folds on the shoulder, and a tiered skirt.

Her look was completed with a updo, and black strappy Pucci heels.

Best Dressed Of The Week just got even tougher.

Earlier in the week Zoe also looked gorgeous at the Paris photo call for Star Trek, wearing a charcoal grey Giambattista Valli sheath dress, which had a criss cross bodice, and stunning Fendi grey heels.

Another magic moment came at the Moscow premiere. Zoe amped things up a notch, by wearing a stunning Jasmine Di Milo Fall 2007 nude dress, with a black tulle overlay, which creates an interesting design.

Sparkling Giambattista Valli heels completed the look.

She started off the week in a Akris Pre-Fall 2009 berry ensemble consisting of a chiffon blouse, with cut-outs in the sleeves, and a tweed skirt to the Moscow photo call.

What a fantastic week.

America Georgina Ferrera (born April 18, 1984) is an award winning Golden Globe and Screen Actors Guild Award actress from her role as Betty Suarez on the ABC comedy/drama series Ugly Betty.

In 2006, she landed the lead role in Ugly Betty, an adaptation of the Colombian hit telenovela Betty La Fea, in which she portrays a girl that her peers find extremely unattractive, thus the series title. As Betty Suarez, Ferrera wears fake braces on her teeth, bushy eyebrows and a disheveled wig, and make-up and clothing intended to downplay her own good looks.

In real life America Ferrera is beautiful and stylish. My only comment is that she appears to ALWAYS wears black. In the last 6 months America has worn black to every event excluding The Screen Actors Guild Awards, The Golden Globes and The 24th Annual William S. Paley Television Festival.

America has a few films in the pipeline, so we can get so see more of America Ferrera. (hopefully in an ensemble that is not black).

Sarah Jessica Parker (born March 25, 1965), is a Golden Globe and Emmy winning actress and an Emmy-winning producer, with a portfolio of television, movie, and theatre performances. She is best known for her role as newspaper relationship columnist Carrie Bradshaw on the HBO television series Sex and the City which we all know and love.

SJP is considered an icon in the world of fashion. She still appears in many “Best Dressed” list in certain magazines. A lot of people attribute SJP style and fashion icon status to Patricia Fields who was the stylist on the SATC set. This may in part be true but, I think it is not just what you wear but the way you wear the clothes.

SJP has also become the face of many of the world’s biggest brands. In August 2003, Parker signed a highly lucrative deal with Garnier to appear in television and print advertising promoting their Nutrisse hair products. In 2004, she fronted an international campaign by Gap. In 2005 SJP launched her own fragrance aptly called “Lovely”.

Just this week it was announced that she will be launching her own fashion line called Bitten. It will be for mass retailer Steve & Barry’s. It is called Bitten as this reflecting SJP’s new-found love for the Steve & Barry’s stores. The range will go on sale across the U.S from June 7, with every item priced at $19.98 or less. The collection plans to cover a woman’s entire wardrobe and will include over 400 items of apparel, accessories and shoes including casual and classic lines as well as trend- focused pieces.

The reason for this range SJP said was that, “women should be able to wear great clothes and not lie in bed at night feeling guilty about how much money they’ve spent. High quality, luxurious clothes do not need to cost as much as we’ve been led to think”.

“Fashion is not a luxury. It’s a right” she said.

GO SJP…that is why we love ya.

Jennifer Hudson, is a Golden Globe, SAG, BAFTA winning, Academy Award-nominated American actress and singer. She first came to our attention on the third season of American Idol. Simon Cowell famously said that she was “out of her league” in reference to the competition. She then went on to star as Effie White in the musical film Dreamgirls. Jennifer has made history by being only the third African-American to grace the cover of Vogue since 2002 and the first African-American singer. This is a huge achievement more for the fact that she is not emaciated like most of the Vogue cover girls.

As Jennifer’s star shines so does her wardrobe. Her stylist must have her finger firmly on the pulse because Jennifer always wears outfits that flatter her figure and caress her curves.

Jennifer Hudson we salute you…long may you grace the Red Carpet…
