The denim jacket is easily a mainstay staple in anyone’s closet. Rather than reaching for the tried-and-true staple you’ve been donning for ages, now is the time to switch up your style with a two-tone denim jacket. Harnessing Sheer Style Like a Fashion Pro

Rather than diving into your same summer routine, it’s time to think outside the confines of warm weather style and embrace sheer fashion.

When Solange stepped out in a sheer trench coat that was paired back with relaxed jeans, sandals and a classic handbag it sent fashion lovers into a tizzy over the sensation of how easy—and stunningly simple—an article of sheer clothing can look.

Designers, including Simon Miller are serving up sheer styles that not only look fashion forward but are completely wearable, especially now that summer is here.

Take the latest trend out for a test drive—as seen in our look—by pairing a sheer top, with a paneled sheer skirt, lucite heels and top it off with a pair of brightly hued earrings. Shop the look below.

How The French Do Denim

The fashion revolution began to grow when the birth of French fashion swiftly emerged, paving the way for iconic women to usher in Parisian style that has forever defined an era. Brigitte Bardot, Jane Birkin and Coco Chanel exuded their fashion sensibility by cultivating creative, understated, and statement-making looks that are still relevant today.

Today’s French women abide by the same set of style rules, but a new cultivation of French designers are beginning to emerge. As for denim—a mainstay in the closet of every French woman—a new line called Eve Denim, was founded by French designer Adelaide Bourbon.

While Bourbon is French, her line is housed in Los Angeles—she has high aspirations to revive the classic denim staple using rigid denim that can evolve and manifest into different forms each time a piece is worn. Here we take exclusive pieces from Eve Denim’s line and curate the ideal denim summer look with a Parisian twist.
