Salma Hayek In Bottega Veneta – CinemaCon 2017

Salma Hayek was one of the many stars at CinemaCon 2017, attending both ‘The Hitman’s Bodyguard’ screening and The CinemaCon Big Screen Achievement Awards yesterday (March 30) in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The actress wore two Bottega Veneta looks which were appropriate enough for both events, however, more times than not, I just don’t get Salma’s style.

There doesn’t seem to be any consistency, often going from bad to worse – especially in the current Gucci collections.

We all know she’s limited to a number of brands, and this could be a stifling factor – but if Louis Vuitton can make custom looks for Alicia Vikander, Jennifer Connelly and Michelle Williams for each of their red carpet outings, then why can’t this be the case for the First Lady of the Kering Group?

Gemma Arterton In Erdem – ‘Their Finest’ New York Screening

Gemma Arterton was back on the red carpet for the premiere of ‘Their Finest’ on Thursday (March 23) in New York City.

When it comes to red carpet style, Gemma tends to favour a fitted silhouette, so this Erdem Pre-Fall 2017 gown featuring a fluid silhouette enhanced with asymmetrical drape that flutters over one shoulder feels like a change of pace.

The new haircut could’ve played a part; either way both are working in her favour as she looks radiant.

‘The Blackcoat’s Daughter’ New York Screening

Emma Roberts, Kiernan Shipka, and Lucy Boynton attended a screening of ‘The Blackcoat’s Daughter’ on Wednesday (March 22) in New York City.

Emma Roberts: While her Chloé Fall 2017 dress represents the brand bohemian spirit well, it didn’t work for me on Emma. The colour is lovely, but I’m not a fan of the heavy accessories here.

Kiernan Shipka: The actress fared much better in her Rosie Assoulin Fall 2017 dress which is defined by its classic femininity and lightness. Richly embroidered with colourful floral motifs, it may appear sheer, but manages to be fully lined without taking away from the delicacy of the design. The look was styled with Nicholas Kirkwood rose-gold ‘Rosing’ pumps. As always she was a perfect 10.

Lucy Boynton: Unlike Emma and Kiernan, Lucy is the new kid on the block. Taken under the wing by Prada, this soft pink look has me yearning for a removal of the coat to see her printed outfit beneath.

Michelle Dockery In David Koma – ‘The Sense of an Ending’ New York Screening

Michelle Dockery joined her castmates at the New York screening of her upcoming film ‘The Sense of an Ending’ on Monday (March 6).

The British actress kept things minimal in a monochrome David Koma Spring 2017 jumpsuit and Christian Louboutin ‘Edith’ pumps, with deep-parted curls and a red lip adding a touch of old Hollywood glamour to her look.

Her previous outing wearing the same collection didn’t fare too well with many of you – how does this time do?

Mandy Moore In Roksanda – ‘Tangled Before Ever After’ LA Screening

Mandy Moore returned to the red carpet for the Disney Channel’s ‘Tangled Before Ever After’ screening on Saturday (March 4) in Beverly Hills, California.

Perhaps inspired by the logo, the actress wore a peachy Roksanda dress featuring the designers signature voluminous bell sleeves.

Charming in its simplicity, it great to see Mandy return to her lady-like style after a few experiential looks during awards season.

Off-grey Soebedar shoe, Irene Neuwirth jewels and a velvet bow accenting her updo topped things off nicely here.
