Emilia Clarke In Vera Wang – Live! With Kelly & Michael

Emilia Clarke made a guest appearance on ‘Live! With Kelly & Michael’ in New York City, which aired on Monday.

The British actress was on the show to talk about ‘Games of Thrones’ star and her Broadway stint as Holly Golightly in ‘Breakfast at Tiffany’s’ .

She shared a story about her first week in New York, where a car came out of nowhere, almost running her over, she so slammed her hand on the hood and shouted, “Hey! I’m walking over here”, before walking away saying to herself, “YES, I’m a New Yorker”.

Emilia looked very pretty wearing a Vera Wang Pre-Fall 2013 amethyst satin floral jacquard dress, which she styled with matching pumps.

Her makeup artist went lighter on the eye makeup on this occasion, with glossy lips and a half-up, half-down hairstyle completing her look.

Lindsay Lohan In Suno – Late Show with David Letterman

Lindsay Lohan was on the ‘Late Show with David Letterman’ last night to promote her latest movie, ‘Scary Movie 5’.

Her guest appearance was some what of a shock to the host, as his opening question was, “Aren’t you supposed to be in rehab now?”

Maturely answering this question while looking quite uncomfortable the actress handled herself very well.

Looking the best she has in a long while, I’m delighted to see my favourite look from the Suno Spring 2013 collection worn off the runway.

While she isn’t the person I had envisioned wearing this floral frock with a cut-out waist, it does give her a sunny disposition.

Olga Kurylenko In Salvatore Ferragamo – Extra

Olga Kurylenko filmed an appearance on the show ‘Extra’ at The Grove in Los Angeles yesterday.

The ‘Oblivion’ actress wore a structural Salvatore Ferragamo Spring 2013 dress with shoes from the same collection.

This dress is definitely self-serving, in that its structural design and thick fabrication wouldn’t do anyone’s figure any favors. Fortunately, the lovely Olga would likely look good in a paper sack, and manages to pull this look off.

Her simplistic makeup and pony, along with the perfect shoe pairing makes this is a win for me. Do you agree? Or do you find the dress just too awkward to wear gracefully?

Ashley Tisdale In Rebecca Minkoff – Extra

Ashley Tisdale stopped by The Grove for a guest appearance on Extra in California yesterday to talk about her latest movie, ‘Scary Movie 5’.

The actress, who’s been known to wear different variations of the same dress, gave us something slightly different on this occasion.

She wore a Rebecca Minkoff bustier top and knee-length pencil skirt from the Spring 2013 collection.

The jacquard and eyelet two-piece look was styled with Vivienne Westwood Anglomania three-strap black platform heels and Norman Silverman earrings.

As you know, I’m not a fan of Ashley’s style, but this flirty, feminine look with a sultry silhouette, which is a departure from the norm, feels a tad more grown up.

A pink lip shade and darker-blonde wavy locks completed her look.

Mariah Carey In Alexander McQueen – American Idol

Since Jennifer Lopez left ‘American Idol’, I’ve totally lost interest in the show.

I perked up briefly when Mariah Carey was announced as the new judge, but having to put up with Nicki Minaj was too much to bear so I tuned the show right out.

After seeing this picture on twitter, I may have to revise this as Mariah looked stunning, on what I believe was Wednesday night’s show, wearing an Alexander McQueen Resort 2013 halter gown.

Her breathtaking black gown with gold embroidery details featured cut-outs at the sides, but not at the midriff as presented in the look book.

You may remember that Freida Pinto wore this same gown back in September; however, on her dress the cut-out at the midriff was perfectly intact.
