So far the best looks Kristen Stewart has given us during the “The Twilight Saga: New Moon” promotional tour in my opinion were her Balenciaga and Proenza Schouler looks.

Why?

Because these look weren’t to girlie.

Last night Kristen and Taylor Lautner attend a screening of the movie in Tennessee wearing a Jason Wu Spring 2010 girlie dress.

Technically it shouldn’t have worked, but Kristen didn’t make this look seem like too much hard work.

I like that she belted the dress, and managed to keep her hair under control.

It’s wasn’t Cinderella fantasy tulle gown that didn’t suit her shape, nor personality and I don’t feel like she was wrestled into this dress.

This week Kristen was on the “Tonight Show with Conan O’Brien” to promote the movie.

On the show she runs her fingers throw Conan’s hair after admitting she was “jealous” that Nikki Reed ran run her fingers through O’Brien’s hair during a 2008 Late Night appearance.

In the interview interview she talks about not liking fame, and expresses that she’s in the industry to make movies that her fans will love.

Will they love her wearing this black and white Herve Leger Resort 2010 dress?

Maybe they will, but they can’t seriously applaud that frightful hairstyle.

On Saturday nights X Factor, Dannii Minogue surprised us all by not wearing J’Aton Couture.

Instead she wore a strapless gown slashed to her thighs by Australian designer Lisa Ho.

It’s a beautiful look, but Dannii has spoilt us with so much couture this series that this look didn’t have same wow factor as previous week.

I loved Danni’s hair, and the stunning silver statement necklace she paired with her sandy gown.

I loved Dannii’s Lisa Ho Spring 2009 printed kaftan, but it didn’t feel quite right for a Sunday night TV show.

It was perfect for St.Tropez or some other luxury holiday, but alongside Cheryl’s futuristic look Danni looked really out of place.

I also didn’t like her ponytail.

Firstly because it was crimped and secondly because I’ve grown so fond of her with shorter hair.

Burgundy YSL heels completed the look.

For once I loved both of Cheryl Cole’s looks on the X Factor this weekend.

On Saturday night I instantly recognised Cheryl’s plunging Alexander Wang draped sequin mini dress, as I was cruising this same dress on Friday in Selfridges.

This dress much preferred to her Jean Paul Gaultier look of last week, which felt too old for her.

She looked stunning, happy - despite her reported marriage troubles - sexy, confident and I loved how her hair was pulled back to complete this sleek look.

Silver peep-toes complemented that massive rock on her finger.

This was my favourite look so far.

Although the big hair was back on Sunday with this look, I didn’t mind it so much as I wasn’t as over the top as we know Cheryl’s hair can get.

Her Richard Nicoll corset dress with gold panels had a futuristic feel to it. If Star Wars was made today I feel Princess Leia would love this dress.

After a few weeks of Danni being on top, this was very much Cheryl’s week.

Jimmy Fallon’s late night show is obviously the place to be for actresses to show of runway looks.

Earlier this week we saw Cameron Diaz promoting her new movie wearing Chanel.

January Jones was also on the show this week wearing an adorable blue, black and white printed Louis Vuitton Resort 2010 dress with a black tulle hem.

The ‘Mad Men’ actress talked about her SNL debut which will happen this Saturday and being stranded in a town called Beaver during a blizzard.

Cameron challenged Jimmy to a game of charades, but on this occasion Jimmy challenged January to a game of beer pong.

I love this dress, so I’m disappointed it hasn’t been given a better stage as January looks fantastic in this dress.

It seems like only last week, but it was actually back in June when Cameron Diaz was last on the Jimmy Fallon looking stunning in Louis Vuitton jacket paired with jeans.

This time she wore a Chanel Pre-Fall 2009 white gold buttoned jacket, which had a navy blue trim with a red stripe.

Being Cameron she of course wore her look with jeans adding a tribal necklace and ankle boots.

Cameron has been giving us a grown up look on the red carpet which hasn’t gone down too well with many fans, but here she gives us that easy breezy California chic look we all love to see on her.

She was on Jimmy Fallon’s show to promote her thriller “The Box”.

As you would expect from any Cameron/Jimmy interview, there was a lot of laughing and joking whilst they played charades with audience members.

On Saturday I couldn’t help but be disappointed watching Cheryl Cole walked onto the X Factor stage.

After her bold David Koma statement dress, her Jean Paul Gaultier Fall 2009 sheath dress was tame in comparison.

I can only believe that the criticism of last weeks choice got to her.

Her JPG dress was instantly recognisable by the X on the bodice, which was featured on many pieces in the Fall 2009 collection.

Her dress appeared to be modified slightly from the runway, as her dress was embellished with black crystals to allow the dress to sparkle on screen.

She paired her dress with black platforms.

The dress was just OK, but the hairstyle felt very dated.

She should’ve pulled it back to show off the X and details on her dress.

I loved Cheryl’s burst of colour on Sunday nights show.

The judge wore a Marios Schwab shift dress with crystal-embellishments in an opening in the bodice from the Fall 2009 collection.

She interesting paired her dress with nude heels.

Again I had a problem with the hair.  On Saturday night it felt to dated, whereas her hair on Sunday nights show looked like the stylist got his inspiration from a local school playground.

You may remember that Sienna Miller wore a watered down and nearly unrecognisable version of this dress earlier this year.

From your comments yesterday it’s clear that Lady GaGa is the equivalent of Marmite.

You either love her or hate her, and the feelings are very strong on both sides.

The eccentric star was spotted making her way to the MTV studios in New York City yesterday to promote her album “The Fame Monster”.

She looked the most normal I have seen her in a while dressed in a black Jean Paul Gaultier Spring 2010 strapless dress accessorized with an Erickson Beamon necklace/belt contraption.

GaGa arrived at the MTV studio’s to appear on the Alexa Chung show. You can watch her interview here.

Lady GaGa also stopped by the BET studios to visit hosts Terrence and Rocsi on “BET’s 106 & Park”.

The singer wore another JPG look, this time it was a nude leotard with the cone-shaped bra which was made famous by Madonna.

She also wore her fish-net tights and John Galliano heels again.

Her interview for this show can be watched here.
