Gigi Hadid In Sally LaPointe – Out In New York City

Gigi Hadid is slowly positioning herself as the queen of monochromatic dressing.

Just recently she opted for all navy, all black, and she’s even gone vibrant in all pink and all yellow, but winter white appears to be her preferred choice.

While out to dinner on Sunday (January 14) in New York, the model was decked out in Sally LaPointe Pre-Fall 2018 look.

Even though it’s cold outside, no coat was needed as this cashmere look with a wrist-full of thick shearling looked cosy enough, with some drama added to the look via the split trousers.

Gigi’s snakeskin boots did break up the look somewhat, adding an off-kilter twist, but the balance was restored with her – never leave home without – Stalvey bag.

Messika jewels completed her look.

Gigi Hadid In Nina Ricci & Sézane- Out In New York City

In our first street-style sighting of Gigi Hadid in 2018, the supermodel emerged in New York City on Monday (January 8).

To shield against the freezing temps, she donned a Nina Ricci Fall 2017 top and trousers, topped off with a matching navy plush Sézane coat.

I love how the zing of the fuchsia Stalvey bag brought such a bright, happy fix to the winter day. It really was the star of the ensemble.

Dr. Martens lug-sole boots assuredly kept her feet nice and warm in this look that was so Gigi in that it was chic, with a slightly unkempt, cool-girl twist.

Yara Shahidi In 3.1 Phillip Lim – Out In New York City

After her appearance on ‘The View’, Yara Shahidi was seen out in New York City on Wednesday (January 3).

Looking like she was on the set of an editorial photo shoot, the ‘Grown-ish’ actress was every bit of charming and chic in her 3.1 Phillip Lim Spring 2018 dress that offered a fresh approach on ’90s minimalism.

She brought such life to this black pouf hem dress and crisp white blouse, imbuing it with her signature command of style and a beautifully carefree spirit.

I love how she completed the look with Loriblu stiletto booties and a Chanel bag for a classic-glam finish.

Yara Shahidi In Thom Browne & Opening Ceremony – The View

Yara Shahidi made a guest appearance The View on Wednesday (January 3) to promote her spin-off show, ‘Grown-ish’.

I love how her Thom Browne top and trousers upholds the brand’s preppy sensibility through collegiate-inspired stripes and colour-blocking.

If you were to sum up this look, colourful, fun, vibrant and energetic would immediately spring to mind, yet you can’t overlook the intelligence and a maturity she has to consistently present looks which are always on point.

Rihanna In Calvin Klein, Tom Ford & Christian Dior – TDE Annual Christmas Concert & Jay-Z’s 4:44 Concert

Rihanna closes out the year with two concerts. One she performed in, the other she attended.

TDE Annual Christmas Concert: Rihanna hit the stage at Top Dawg Entertainment’s annual Christmas concert in Watts, Los Angeles on Thursday (December 21), where she perform a series of songs including ‘Bitch Better Have My Money’, ‘LOYALTY’ with Kendrick Lamar and ‘Wild Thoughts’.

Opting for winter whites, the singer was in tune with the current season wearing a Tom Ford Spring 2018 look with an oversized denim jacket by Calvin Klein. The look was then styled with Off-White ‘For Walking’ boots, Gentle Monster‘s Palabra shades and a selection of Chopard jewels.

I can’t say I am a big fan of the boots, but as part of this performance outfit they are fit for purpose.
