Olivia Culpo In Olivia Culpo x PrettyLittle Thing – Out In LA

Modeling a look from her Olivia Culpo x PrettyLittle Thing collection, Olivia Culpo was spotted out in LA over the weekend on Sunday (September 3).

Showing off the versatility of this girly, polka-dot frill hem frock, she styled it with white shirting and white, retro-inspired go-go boots for a distinctly different take on the little dress.

I probably wouldn’t have picked that exact footwear, but I do love how she brings an uncompromising, cool-girl sense of edgy flirtation to her street-style look, effectively transitioning the piece from summer into September’s hint of the fall season.

Victoria Beckham heads to the US Open under a cloud

Victoria Beckham was spotted in New York City on Tuesday (August 28) with young son Romeo en route to the US Open Tennis Championships.

Her outlook, despite the rain, was clear blue skies with a few clouds as she dressed to impress in a look from her Resort 2018 collection.

It’s no secret that I love VB in colour, but I did find her maroon ‘Half Moon Box’ bag a strange choice here.

A colour to match her beige simple strappy sandals would’ve been preferred.

With New York Fashion Week just around the corner, I’m surprised Victoria didn’t give us Spring 2018 preview as she has done so many times in the past.

Gigi Hadid goes nude in Jonathan Simkhai & Manning Cartell

Gigi Hadid was spotted at the Victoria’s Secret offices in New York City on Monday (August 28), after announcing that she will be taking in part in the lingerie giant’s annual fashion show which will take place in Shanghai this year.

Looking pretty in nude, the model sported a crochet scallop-edge Jonathan Simkhai crop top teamed with matching Manning Cartell Fall 2017 cargo trousers and Stuart Weitzman ‘Mulearky’ satin mules.

There is a danger of looking washed out in an all nude look, but the peachy undertones prevent that in this case.

Some may find this one note, but for me it’s refreshing to see a celeb still dressing for the current season.

Sienna Miller In Gucci – Apollo Theatre

Sienna Miller was spotted at the Apollo Theatre in London after her performance in ‘Cat on a Hot Tin Roof’ on Tuesday (August 22).

Seeing her Gucci Spring 2016 jacket on the runway was a completely different experience than seeing it on her.

While I can totally picture the boho-loving actress easily mixing and matching the jacket as originally presented, I loved the way she gave the piece its due time in the spotlight by styling it with just a black top and pants.

The effect was easy sophistication with a bold punch that fully celebrated the brand’s signature red and green colourways.

Classic Gucci loafers completed the chic, off-duty—or, after-performance, in her case—look.

Carly Rae Jepsen In Needle & Thread – The Today Show

It was nice to see the softer side of Carly Rae Jepsen style as she arrived for a guest appearance on NBC’s ‘Today’ show at Rockefeller Center yesterday (August 17) in New York City.

Her Needle & Thread Pre-Fall 2017 ‘Ditsy’ midi dress was a wonderfully beguiling affair, with sequin embroidered flowers gently scattered throughout that are the brands signature.

Styled with a plum Kate Spade New York ‘Baja Bound Turtle Crossbody’ bag and retro shades, the red Stuart Weitzman sandals may be too stark with this look for some, but the pop of colour enlivens the look for me.

Olivia Culpo’s masterclass on how to wear red and pink together

Olivia Culpo appeared to throw out the fashion rule book (much like Sarah Jessica Parker) by combining the brightest and boldest colour-clashing trend of Spring 2017: red and pink.

Seamlessly wearing an Altuzarra Minamoto button-detailed sweater, Emanuel Ungaro Resort 2018 skirt, Gianvito Rossi Aramis patent-leather mules and Linda Farrow rose-gold plated aviator sunglasses, the model proves that some rules should be ignored.

The key to working eye popping brights is layering clean cuts with minimal fuss and colour-blocking.

I adore the flounced hemline which provides a super feminine detail.
