Maria Bello In Donna Karan – ‘Third Person’ Toronto Film Festival Premiere

Maria Bello In Donna Karan - 'Third Person' Toronto Film Festival Premiere

Maria Bello again hit the Toronto International Film Festival for the ‘Third Person’ premiere yesterday at the Winter Garden Theatre in Canada.

After making an earlier cozy-glam entrance at the ‘Prisoners’ premiere, the actress suited up in a structured Donna Karan Pre-Fall 2013 dove-grey ensemble.

The tailored separates were set off by a wide obi-like belt at the waist. However, I would have cut the pencil skirt to just below the knee, as seen in the lookbook.

Gio Dev beige lizard and black patent high-rise pumps with ankle cuff detail would have also benefited from the bit of breathing room that a shorter skirt would have allowed.

Allison Williams In Oscar de la Renta – The Generation W October Issue Cocktail Party

Allison Williams In Oscar de la Renta - The Generation W October Issue Cocktail Party

Allison Williams was among the super-stylish set at The Generation W October Issue cocktail party, hosted in New York City last night.

For the occasion, where she posed with ‘W’ magazine editor Stefano Tonchi, the ‘Girls’ actress took a feminine stand in an indigo Oscar de la Renta Resort 2014 petite floral fil coupe silk gazar peplum dress.

The striking, exaggerated twist on the now-ubiquitous peplum silhouette and the colour really stood out here in a manner that was appropriately edgy, yet still with an unmissable glamour-girl sophistication.

Allison wore her brunette locks in long waves, whilst a blue-toned smokey eye complemented the saturated shade of the dress.

Toting a metallic clutch, she finished her look with a more subtle nude lippie and nude heels.

Emilia Clarke In Prabal Gurung – TIFF HFPA/InStyle Party

Emilia Clarke In Prabal Gurung - TIFF HFPAInStyle Party

Emilia Clarke attended the TIFF HFPA/InStyle Party during the 2013 Toronto International Film Festival held at the Windsor Arms Hotel in Toronto, Canada yesterday evening.

The actress, who never shies away from colour, wore a pretty Prabal Gurung Resort 2014 navy-and-cherry degrade pansy-printed dress with a black techno-wool crepe waistband.

The look-book shoes always catch my eye, but they would’ve been too edgy for the look Emilia was going for so her Charlotte Olympia platform nude pumps were the perfect choice.

Naomie Harris In Burberry Prorsum – The Hollywood Reporter Inaugural Breakthrough in Film Awards

Naomie Harris In Burberry Prorsum - The Hollywood Reporter Inaugural Breakthrough in Film Awards

Naomie Harris attended The Hollywood Reporter Inaugural Breakthrough in Film Awards held during the 2013 Toronto Film Festival in Canada on Sunday evening.

The British beauty wore her second Burberry Prorsum look, this time selecting a sexy white frock from the Resort 2014 collection.

Her white-hot dress, which features a stunning jewel-encrusted bust, was complemented – colourwise – with a bronze leather Smythson envelope clutch and matching Jimmy Choo ‘Anouk’ pumps.

The two things I would do to perfect this near-perfect look are downsize the clutch and swap in a pair of open-toe shoes.

As presented, this is a 9.8 out of 10 for me.

Jess Weixler In Giulietta – ‘The Disappearance Of Eleanor Rigby: Him And Her’ Toronto Film Festival Premiere

Jess Weixler In Giulietta - ‘The Disappearance Of Eleanor Rigby Him And Her’ Toronto Film Festival Premiere

Jess Weixler arrived at ‘The Disappearance Of Eleanor Rigby: Him And Her’ premiere during the 2013 Toronto International Film Festival held at The Elgin in Toronto, Canada alongside Jessica Chastain yesterday evening.

I almost didn’t recognise ‘The Good Wife’ actress wearing this two-piece on-trend belly-baring look from Giulietta’s Spring 2013 collection, comprising a lime-green skirt featuring an open-lattice insert toward the hem paired with a solid black bustier rather than the two-tone look we saw in the look book.

I do like how she took the initiative to make the look her own; however, I’m a huge fan of the original look. Perhaps the outlined bustier was deemed too raunchy for the red carpet.

A wavy updo and glossy lips provided the finishing touches.

Which do you prefer: the look book or the red carpet look?

Olivia Wilde In Antonio Berardi – IMDb Event

Olivia Wilde In Antonio Berardi - IMDb event

Olivia Wilde is having a moment that I wish would never end.

When taking to the red carpet at an IMDb event, where she collected the first-ever ‘STARmeter Award’ during the 2013 Toronto International Film Festival in Toronto, Canada, she wore her second look of the night and sixth of the festival so far.

I applaud her and her tireless champion of a stylist, who have continued to keep us entertained (and in awe) of her wide-ranging looks.

I’m loving the current print appreciation. We’ve had Gucci, Mary Katrantzou and now Antonio Berardi, with Olivia donning a geometric-print look from the designer’s Resort 2014 collection which has a waist-nipping optical-illusion quality.

After dazzling with a bold pink lip earlier in the night, she kept the makeup neutral working a lighter hue on this occasion, with the rest of her styling including simple black strappy Stuart Weitzman ‘Nudist’ sandals and a selection of gold bangles.
