Which Was Your Favourite Marion Cotillard Look From The ‘Rust and Bone’ Promo Tour?

Which Was Your Favourite Marion Cotillard Look From The ‘Rust and Bone’ Promo Tour

As we expected, Marion Cotillard’s promo tour for ‘Rust and Bone’ was a Dior fest, with a brief “hallelujah, it’s Alaïa” moment.

The tour kick started during Toronto Film Festival, where she donned a strapless grey Dior Fall 2012 Couture dress.

This look and the Christian Dior Spring 2013 LBD she wore to the London premiere were the only looks I liked during her promo tour.

While she sparkled at the AFI Fest premiere, the New York premiere’s Spring 2013 Dior look was unflattering; the Alaia wasn’t particularly exciting; and, between the hair and the Pre-Fall 2013 Dior mullet dress in Toyko, we were left wondering what had happened to our favourite French actress’ red carpet mojo.

Which Was Your Favourite Gemma Arterton Look From The ‘Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters Promo Tour?

Which Was Your Favourite Gemma Arterton Look From The ‘Hansel and Gretel Witch Hunters Promo Tour

Gemma Arterton kick-started her promo tour for her latest flick, ‘Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters’, with a press conference at the Four Seasons Hotel in LA back in January wearing a Vivienne Westwood printed dress with Dior shoes.

The British actress’s next stop was Mexico, where she donned a caramel Gucci dress and polka-dot Nina Ricci gown.

Gucci in LA, Erdem in Sydney, before ending with Miu Miu in Berlin.

While it wasn’t the most exciting promo tour, her looks were pretty consistent.

My favourite was the Erdem gown, with the Miu Miu and Westwood a close joint second.

Which Was Your Favourite Anne Hathaway Look From The ‘Les Miserables’ Promo Tour?

Anne Hathaway Les Mis Promo Tour

Shortly after getting married, Anne Hathaway kick started her promo tour for ‘Les Miserables’ in Toyko by attending the premiere wearing Antonio Berardi.

From there she headed back to New York for a screening wearing The Row, before wowing you guys in London wearing a Givenchy Couture gown – I still stand by my original statement that this is my least favourite Anne Hathaway look of all time.

She fared much better for me at the after party in Altuzarra.

Anne stunned wearing a dominatrix-style Tom Ford boot with a unique dress by the same designer before toning things down a bit, wearing Carven to a New York luncheon, Prada in Paris and ending in Berlin in Chanel Couture.

Many looks stand out for obvious and various reasons, but the Chanel Couture look is my favourite by a long mile.

Which Was Your Favourite Kerry Washington Look From The ‘Django Unchained’ Promo Tour?

Kerry Washington’s promo tour has felt short and sweet, but it actually started back in April last year where she wore a Stella McCartney Pre-Fall 2012 dress to the Cancun photocall.

A variety of outstanding looks ranging in colours, styles following with the actress favouring two J. Mendel looks.

The latter part of the promo tour was so strong I’m having a hard time picking between her Rochas, Louis Vuitton, J. Mendel and Giles looks.

If forced, I could only get my favourites down to Rochas and Giles.

Which Was Your Favourite Bérénice Marlohe ‘Skyfall’ Promotional Tour Look?

Earlier this year we had never heard of French actress Bérénice Marlohe, but the latest Bond movie, ‘Skyfall’, put her firmly on the map.

She will be remembered mostly for her two-tone eye makeup, but let’s not forget she did have some great red carpet moments.

Starting off back in May with her co-star Naomie Harris in Istanbul, she donned a demure Roksanda Ilincic Spring 2012 dress, but her womanly curves just made this look scream sexy.

Cut to October and she blew us away wearing a stunning Julien MacDonald strapless dress for the Moscow photocall.  This wasn’t the only time she would wear the British designer during this tour.  She also wore his dresses to the London premiere after-party and the Tokyo Omega event.

Her other favourite designer was Elie Saab; she wore his gowns to the Paris and Zurich premieres.

Despite going big and bold in Vivienne Westwood in London, my favourite look was the J. Mendel gown at the Sydney premiere.

The only turkey on this tour was sadly her Armani Privé look, but that was down to the styling.
