“The Back-Up Plan” Miami Screening – Jennifer Lopez In Monique Lhuillier & Lanvin

This is what I call vintage Jennifer Lopez.

The actress looked stunning as she arrived at a screening of her new movie “The Back-Up Plan” at the Regal South Beach Cinema in Miami Beach, Florida.

Her husband wore a cream suit as not to clash with her animal print Monique Lhuillier Spring 2010 dress.

The fitted dress with long sleeves is sensational. I think it’s a much better style fit to the runway version.

I also love her metallic Christian Louboutin Maykimay leopard strass clutch which kinda clashes with her dress, but I love the contrast.

Jennifer paired her dress with Lanvin Spring 2010 pumps.

The heels have an interesting chain detail which hangs from the ankle strap. Unfortunately the chain on one shoe appears to be a tad too long, or she’s hasn’t buckled her shoes tightly enough.

I this is the second time we’ve seen Jennifer wearing Lanvin. The first time was not a good look.

I’m glad she wore this dress instead of trying to work one of the more complicated pieces.

With her trademark wavy hairstyle, Jen completed her look with a beautiful gold bracelet.

“Kick Ass” LA Premiere – Jamie King In Paule Ka

Jaime King most definitely stood out on the red carpet at the “Kick-Ass” LA premiere last night.

Her fuchsia pink Paule Ka Spring 2008 dress was not only bright in colour, but it had bold 80s style shoulder pads.

I wish she had posed better in this satin dress, because we can’t see the draped details on the side of this dress.

A hand on the hip and a confident pose could have been the difference to make me love this look on her.

The actress did pick interesting accessorises pairing her dress with a gold Jimmy Choo ‘Cara’ glitter clutch and champagne Jimmy Choo ‘Grant’ heels with a crystal detail on the ankle strap.

Her hair and make-up are flawless.

“Boogie Woogie” Gala Screening – Jamie Winstone In Dolce & Gabbana

Jamie Winstone arrived on the red carpet for the “Boogie Woogie” Gala Screening at the Prince Charles Cinema in London last night.

The British actress is over the old Hollywood marcel waves she was sporting recently, and is now giving us an edgier Debbie Harry ‘just got out of bed’ ‘do which is really working with her wild child image.

I love her Dolce & Gabbana Spring 2010 dress. I love how she didn’t get seduced by the pretty floral print as she still kept her look edgy.

The stunning spaghetti strapped dress has lace accent on the dress, and a sexy lace frill at hem.

Her look is paired with a black peep-toe heels and a black clutch.

I hope I can squeeze this onto the BDOTW poll, as I LOVE this look.

“Death at The Funeral” LA Premiere – Zoe Saldana In Lanvin

Zoe Saldana brightened up the red carpet at the LA premiere for the remake of a British comedy “Death at The Funeral”.

She glowed wearing an orange Lanvin dress which was paired with a gold ringlet belt.

The star continues to get both thumbs up from me.

I love the roll she’s on. Long may it continue.

Zoe kept her accessories fun by adding a Christian Louboutin Kathena leopard clutch and a gold Christian Louboutin Titi python pumps.

She’s never predictable and I love her for it.

BDOTW contender.

“Elektra Luxx” New York Premiere – Malin Akerman In Miu Miu

Malin Akerman seems to be the only celeb making regular appearances on the red carpet the moment.

This weekend she attended the 15th Annual Gen Art Film Festival premiere of “Elektra Luxx,” held at School of Visual Arts Theater in New York City.

The blonde beauty wore wore a Miu Miu navy silk v-neck dress with a pleated skirt.

Her dress with paired with a navy velvet bow Miu Miu clutch, but it was her nude stone encrusted heels which really stood out.

I think we can now start to call Malin an unofficial brand ambassador for Miuccia Prada, as her love for Miu Miu and occasionally Prada becomes stronger and stronger.

If only her hair was a lot longer, then she could’ve sported a Miu Miu style side plait like the runway models.

“Happythankyoumoreplease” New York Premiere – Malin Akerman In Miu Miu

Malin Akerman attended the Gen Art Film Festival premiere of “Happythankyoumoreplease” at The Park in New York City last night.

It maybe be a quiet week, but we are seeing plenty of quality looks on the red carpet.

“Wow”, was my first reaction to Malin wearing this stunning Miu Miu Spring 2010 dress.

I wouldn’t have thought it was possible to top the runway version, but I just love the orange crystal embellishments on Malin’s dress.

The dress has white short puffed sleeves and a nude body in which those orange crystals lay alongside a silver crystal center piece.

I’m glad she wore the dress without the collar. I don’t think Malin would’ve pulled off this look with the collar.

Her look is paired with a quilted orange clutch and Miu Miu pumps.

As beautiful as her embellished dress is, I bet it was uncomfortable to sit through a premiere with the embellishments on the rear.

Definitely a BDOTW contender.
