Lena Dunham In Erdem – ‘Girls’ Season 3 London Premiere

Lena Dunham In Erdem - 'Girls' Season 3 London Premiere

Lena Dunham joined Zosia Mamet for the UK premiere of ‘Girls: Season 3? held at Cineworld Haymarket on Wednesday (January 15) in London.

The actress, whose Zac Posen gown you didn’t favour at the Golden Globes, opted for a pretty Erdem Pre-Fall 2014 lace dress which I will say doesn’t look too bad on her.

In black and white, this pretty piece radiates modern elegance, with a V-neckline preferred over the look book’s stuffy turtleneck.

Black Louboutin slingbacks and – undeterred by her makeup malfunction at the Globes – fuchsia-pink lippie completed her look.

Zosia Mamet attended the UK premiere of ‘Girls’ Season 3 held at Cineworld Haymarket on Wednesday (January 15) in London.

The actress wore a strapless blush jumpsuit with a peplum detail from the Elisabetta Franchi Fall 2013 collection.

I’m surprised I like this look from head to toe. It’s uber chic, the fit is perfect, and even her refusal to crack a smile won’t dampen my enthusiasm for this look.

She opted to wear the look without a belt, which isn’t a total deal breaker but the belt is preferred as it gives the model a more defined silhouette.

Nude pumps, silver jewels and a pink lip colour completed her look.

Should Zosia have worn the belt?

Mia Wasikowska attended the premiere of her latest movie ‘Tracks’ on Friday (January 10), held at St. George Openair Cinema in Sydney, Australia.

The actress wore black Roland Mouret ‘Zuben’ top featuring thick angled straps worn with high-waist grey Roland Mouret ‘Jordanus’pants which made for a went for a simple yet sophisticated look.

Black Brian Atwood ‘Tribeca’ platform ankle-strap sandals, a low ponytail and barely-there makeup completed her look.

Chic or boring?

Daisy Lowe In Saint Laurent – ‘The Wolf of Wall Street’ London Premiere

Daisy Lowe attended the UK premiere of ‘The Wolf of Wall Street’ at Odeon Leicester Square on Thursday (January 9) in London joining Leonardo DiCaprio and Margot Robbie.

The model, who has modelled lingerie in her time, is never afraid to show some skin.

She wore a head-to-toe Saint Laurent look featuring a black beaded sheer dress, a tuxedo jacket, and a leather bra which doesn’t leave much to the imagination.

Rounding out her Saint Laurent look, she added their ‘Betty’ bag and ‘Paris Ranger’ boots, with a gold bracelet and neural makeup providing the finishing touches.

Was she trying too hard? Is this vampy or trashy?

I’m a little on the fence as I find myself liking the look, much to my surprise.

Leonardo DiCaprio In Giorgio Armani – ‘The Wolf Of Wall Street’ London Premiere

Leonardo DiCaprio In Giorgio Armani - ‘The Wolf Of Wall Street’ London Premiere

Leonardo DiCaprio joined Margot Robbie for the UK Premiere of ‘The Wolf of Wall Street’ held at Odeon Leicester Square on Thursday (January 9) in London.

The actor, who doesn’t usually stray too far from his favoured classic black or navy suits, wore a Prince of Wales check suit with peaked lapels and a grey tie from Giorgio Armani.

It’s not much of a change, granted, but he does look incredibly suave as always, even though I wish the trousers were hemmed up an inch or two.

Don’t be surprised to see Leonardo wearing more Armani suits during this promo tour, as in the movie his character, Wall Street tycoon Belfort, wears Giorgio Armani suits circa 1993.

‘The Wolf of Wall Street’ hits UK cinemas on January 17.

Margot Robbie attended the UK premiere of ‘The Wolf Of Wall Street’ held at the Odeon Leicester Square on Thursday (January 9) in London.

My first reaction to this was, “oh dear”.

While I applaud the newcomers fearless approached when it comes to her carpet choices, I don’t believe – by any stretch of the imagination – that she manages to pull of this Oscar de la Renta Pre-Fall 2014 gown with a tulip shaped skirt.

In fact I’m struggling to picture who could, as I don’t find the silhouette to be particularly flattering; the material is so heavy that it’s stretching at the seams, and for someone as hot as Margot she comes off quite boxy here.

A side pose and a seamless bra could have saved this look.

The only thing I like here are her metallic bronze Christian Louboutin ‘So Kate’ pumps plus her hair and makeup.

Alice Eve In Tory Burch – ‘Cold Comes The Night’ LA Premiere

Alice Eve In Tory Burch - 'Cold Comes The Night' LA Premiere

Alice Eve attended the screening of ‘Cold Comes The Night’ held at the Vista Theatre on Monday (January 6) in Los Angeles, California.

The British actress wore all black, wearing a scoop-neck top with a Tory Burch ‘Becca’ skirt which features geometric panels at the hem creating a distinctive grid pattern, with lustrous black fur edged in sequins, beads and rhinestones.

Once again I am put off a look by the footwear choice. Her Tory Burch ‘Malone’ booties aren’t doing much for the look; even open-toe booties would’ve been an improvement.

I also don’t think the frosty nude lip was a great idea either.
