‘The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones’ Madrid Premiere Menswear Round Up

‘The Mortal Instruments City of Bones’ Madrid Premiere Menswear Round Up 2

With Kevin Zegers M.I.A. it was left to Robert Sheehan and Jamie Campbell Bower to escort Lily Collins down the red carpet yesterday evening at the Callao Cinema in Spain for ‘The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones’ Madrid premiere yesterday evening.

Robert Sheehan: Donning his second Dent de Man suit of this promo tour, he once again struck the right balance, wearing a plain-white shirt with his bold African-print suit. This would’ve given him a second BDOTW win had it not been for those flip flops. Flips flops do not make for appropriate red carpet attire. Even those who attend events on Santa Monica Beach don’t wear flip flops.

Jamie Campbell Bower: The unkempt grungy look is very much Jamie’s style. He makes it work for him once again, donning a pale-blue suit with biker boots and cool aviator shades to complete the bad-boy-with-charm look.

Henry Cavill – ‘Man of Steel’ Tokyo Premiere

Henry Cavill - 'Man of Steel' Tokyo Premiere

After a crazy summer, Superman returned to promote ‘Man of Steel’, with Henry Cavill taking to Roppongi Hills in Japan for the Tokyo premiere.

The actor’s blue eyes really popped, wearing a light-blue three-piece suit with a pink shirt and a micro-dot blue-and-pink tie.

Colour-wise this look couldn’t be more perfect. Style-wise he has come a long way from the early ill-fitted Tom Ford suits.

‘Man of Steel’ opens in Japan on August 30.

Lily Collins was once again joined on the red carpet by her handsome co-stars for the Berlin premiere of ‘The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones’ yesterday evening.

As a trio they became the men in black.

Kevin Zegers: Never taking a day off from looking incredibly dapper, the handsome actor switched from Dior to Dolce, working a sleek two-button suit with a white shirt, maroon-and-black patterned tie and Christian Louboutin ‘New Platers’ flats. While you’ll always know what you’re going to get from Kevin – a clean-cut, classic look – it never grows old and never fails to make me swoon.

Jamie Campbell Bower: On the other hand, Jamie is a lot harder to read, yet on this occasion he kept it simple wearing an Alexander McQueen black bold-shoulder suit with a white evening shirt and pendant necklace. Hinting at his rebellious streak, his hair was styled in an ‘I don’t care’ grungy manner and with Christian Louboutin ‘Henri’ shoes with a silver metal toe cap completing the look.

Robert Sheehan: The actor kick-started his campaign in fine fettle; however, he has recently regressed to mostly black suits. Wearing a velvet three-piece Etro suit – an odd choice for summer – what isn’t so easy to pick up is the swirl-print detail setting this apart from a typical black suit.

Josh Duhamel In Dolce & Gabbana – ‘Scenic Route’ LA Premiere

Josh Duhamel In Dolce & Gabbana - 'Scenic Route' LA Premiere

Dad-to-be Josh Duhamel arrived at the premiere of his latest movie ‘Scenic Route’ held at Chinese Theater 6 in Hollywood, California yesterday evening with pregnant wife Fergie.

The actor looked very handsome wearing a dark-merlot Dolce & Gabbana one-button notched-lapel suit styled with a teal-blue shirt, blue-and-merlot pocket square and black lace-up shoes.

It doesn’t get much better than this. The suit fits to perfection, that smile makes you wanna melt and that stubble gives him an edge.

Like a fine wine, he just gets better with age.

‘One Direction: This Is Us’ World Premiere

One Direction: This Is Us - World Premiere - Red Carpet Arrivals

One Direction members Harry Styles, Niall Horan, Louis Tomlinson, Zayn Malik and Liam Payne took to the red carpet this evening for the world premiere of ‘One Direction: This Is Us’ held at the Empire Leicester Square in London, where over 70,000 screaming fans greeted them.

The boys worked a colour-coordinated black-and-white look, but they were very much men with diversity.

Harry Styles: The cheeky singer donned a Burberry heart-print shirt with a Burberry Tailoring blazer and jeans.

Niall Horan: Working a sporty look, he wore a Saint Laurent varsity jacket with jeans and Nike sneakers.

Louis Tomlinson: One size doesn’t fit all, as Louis’ look appears to have shrunk in the wash.

Zayn Malik: This is probably my favourite look of the bunch. Zayn wore a dapper look featuring a Lee Roach layered blazer with a simple white shirt and black jeans.

Liam Payne: His look was part badass rocker with the Topman biker leather jacket while channelling gentleman chic with his white shirt and black tie.

Who’s your favourite here?

'The Mortal Instruments City of Bones' Toronto Premiere Menswear Round Up

Lily Collins’ handsome co-stars joined her on the red carpet for the Toronto premiere of ‘The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones’ on Thursday evening.

Kevin Zegers: Dapper personified, the actor wore another Dior Homme suit. This time, the midnight-blue notched-lapel suit was styled with a white dress shirt, shimmering blue tie, Christian Louboutin ‘Bruno Orlato’ shoes and a Baume et Mercier timepiece.

Jamie Campbell Bower: As expected, the British actor gave us an alternative to the traditional black, navy or grey suit, donning a shiny maroon notched-lapel suit with a dual-printed shirt and pocket square in the same hue.

Robert Sheehan: The look may have been mostly black but it was far from boring, as the actor, like Jamie, likes to have a bit more fun on the red carpet. He wore a black blazer with leather lapels, a black-collared white shirt, a grey tie, leather pants and animal-print loafers. He had me until I got to the leather pants. While they are an interesting choice, this particular pair looks like it shrank in the wash.
