Since August we have seen Katie Holmes carrying a black python bag nearly everywhere she went, especially to rehearsals of her Broadway play for All My Sons.

The bag she was carrying was a Chloe Paraty Python Tote.

Katie’s bag was a python version, but the black grained leather triangular shape bag with piped detail outlining the structure, has recently gone on sale at Net-A-Porter.com for £1,742/€2,250.

This bag seems to be super handy for carrying all of Katie’s essential, and it’s not too big like the big red Hermes bag she was carrying earlier this year.

Mary-Kate Olsen has the same bag, and Charlize Theron has the white version, but neither have quite the obsession that Katie Holmes has.

The bag was featured in the Fall 2008 ad campaign with supermodel Anja Rubik.

At first I thought Ashley Tisdale had an obsession with the Louis Vuitton Murakami Monogramouflage bag, but it appears that her obsession is with the Louis Vuitton brand itself.

Ashley has been seen out and about with a whole multitude of Louis Vuitton bags including various mongram canvas bags especially the Galliera tote. A few different versions of the Multi-Colore monogram bags, and a messenger bag. She even has a multi-colore purse to use when she nips out to the store.

It looks like Ashley might just be trying to rival Kimora Lee Simmons, who is said to have one of the biggest Louis Vuitton bag and luggage collections.

You can browse Ashley’s many bags at Eluxury.com

I wonder if Ashley has her eye on my favourite Louis Vuitton bags of the Fall season.

Rumer Willis has been wearing strapless dresses a lot since promoting her film The House Bunny, with varying degrees of success.

The problem with her in strapless dresses, that we have all noticed, was that they sat too far down, giving her a very droopy look, which was not at all flattering.

The key to wearing a strapless dress is getting the right fit, and choosing the right bra.

It took a few attempts, but Rumer finally got it spot on at the LA premiere of The House Bunny in her Reem Acra gown.

Since the Good Girl Went Bad, Rihanna’s stage outfits have become shorter, edgier and more daring.

Her designer of choice is Betsey Johnson. Over the past two weeks for 3 separate appearances, Rihanna has worn a cute, short, strapless dresses by the designer.

Rihanna wore the black strapless tiered ruffle dress when she performed at the Thisday Africa Rising Festival in Nigeria on Friday. The lace dress she wore in New Orleans for the 2008 Essence Music Festival, and the strapless white and grey dress she wore in Barcleona when she performed on Operacion Triunfo.

The Evening Show Lace Ruffles Strapless Tiered Dress (left) is available from Betsey Johnson’s online store for $425. The Evening Lady Tremaine Dress is also available for the same price.

But Rihanna’s Betsey Johnson days may soon be numbered.

Gucci announced today that designer Frida Giannini has picked Rihanna as the star of “Tattoo Heart”, a collection of ads for the charity UNICEF, in which she’ll wear limited edition Gucci for UNICEF pieces.

This will be an international campaign, which may mean that Rihanna will be contracted to wear Gucci at every event.

Let’s hope she can keep an even balance.

British model Agyness Deyn has been seen out with her Chanel Union Jack bag many times since the opening of the Chanel boutique at Dover Street Market in London.

The bag is from the Paris-Londres collection, and will no doubt become a collectors item, but I wonder how the folks over at Mulberry feel about her falling in love with her Chanel bag, considering they have named a bag after the her.

The Mulberry Agyness Bag is simple and classic. This leather shoulder bag comes in putty (left) and clay, with a signature Mulberry plate clasp.

You can buy the large ($1,595) and the medium ($1,395) Agyness bag from NET-A-PORTER.

Despite having millions in the bank, being a supermodel and having a rock star boyfriend, Kate Moss seems fairly normal like the rest of us.

She wears affordable clothes we wear, and she has favourite items in her closet, which she love so much, that she wears over and over again.

This is very much evident in her coin necklace and black buckle boots combo.

The paparazzi have capture Miss Moss many time around London wearing her long coin necklace with – which maybe just a coincidence – her favoured black buckle boots. Everything else she is wearing is differs. She even has 3 different types of denim shorts in the pictures above, but those the necklace and boots remain consistent.

Jennifer Hudson the might like the edible kind, but she definitely loves to wear chocolate on the red carpet.

Last night at the BET Awards, the 2007 Oscar winner wore another chocolate brown dress, after already wearing this colour more times on the red carpet than any another colour, and any other actress or singer.

If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it, as my mother would say, and it does work, so I won’t give her a hard time about it.

Man cannot walk the red carpet wearing chocolate alone; but this woman sure can.
