Red Carpet Fashion Awards

Prada bags are always a hit with celebrities, no matter what we think of the collection.

Miuccia Prada surprises us each season, and it looks like the bag of the moment is the eye-catching classic Prada black leather structured Spazzolato tote with a floral patchwork design, which was the most significant piece of the collection.

Miranda Kerr was the latest celeb to be spotted carrying this bag yesterday whilst running errands in New York City wearing a Balenciaga leather jacket, Nobody Denim jeans and Tabitha Simmons boots; she follows a pregnant Lily Cooper and Jessica Alba, who is always an earlier adopter when it comes to the latest It bags.

I’d be lying if I said I loved the bag as it’s not really my style.

Recently, celebs just can’t get enough of the Jimmy Choo ‘Anouk’ pumps.

My first impression of this pump was that it’s a simple everyday heel, but Jimmy Choo have made them available in every colour so that they are now like eye candy for your feet.

The slick, feminine pointy pump just this week alone has been worn by Jessica Biel – twice, in two different colours – and Cheryl Cole.

Other celebs who have fallen in love with the classic, comfortable, stylish pumps include Brooklyn Decker, Thandie Newton, Amy Adams, Minka Kelly, Audrina Patridge, Rachel Adams and many more… the list is endless.

If you are looking to up your shoe game, check out Jimmy Choo UK or Jimmy Choo US for these lust-worthy heels, which are available in red, electric blue, navy, shocking pink, metallic green, nude, orange and a lace-covered pair created in collaboration with Rob Pruitt, all at a very reason price point.

Wear them to give casual weekend looks a shot of glamour, or as the fabulous partner to an evening look.

Are you on the hunt for the latest ‘IT’ bag? Well, it looks like celebs have fallen in love with Jason Wu’s ‘Grand Tourista’ bag designed for St. Regis.

So far, Coco Rocha has been spotted carrying the bag whilst running errands wearing a white trench coat and jeans, whilst Alexa Chung was spotted (quite literally) carrying her bag on a night out wearing an animal-print blazer with a white blouse, navy lace skirt and Jason Wu embellished booties.

The spacious tote, which was inspired by Jason’s time spent in Florence, features a combination of refined materials including classic canvas and deep black Italian leather.

You can pre-order this bag exclusively from ModaOperandi.com now.

The latest must-have arm candy as worn by celebrities is the Daisy ‘Chakra’ bracelet.

Loved by Cheryl Cole, Cara Delevingne, Princess Beatrice, and Sienna Miller, and even hip-hop stars like 50 Cent and Kanye West have been spotted mixing their expensive bling with the £86 ‘Chakra’ bracelet.

The collection of bracelets, in 24ct gold vermeil and 925 sterling silver, follows the seven chakras and the seven colours of the rainbow; each chakra has key characteristics, attributes and emotions associated with it.

You can wear one with meaning or wear a selection to add some colour to your look.

Back in September during New York Fashion Week, Alexa Chung and a group of FROWers took to their front row seats at Anna Sui’s Spring 2013 show wearing floral crowns.

This could have kick-started the recent celebrity crush for floral crowns.

In the last five days, we’ve seen three celebs work this look – which we usually associate with spring weddings – on the red carpet this fall.

Alexa’s crown helps give a girlie innocence to her look. Pixie Lott’s provides a pop of colour for her D&G black gown. Delta Goodrem’s complements her pretty pink Dior dress, while Kate Waterhouse’s floral crown just looks all kinds of awkward and not very well thought out.

While all these ladies are sporting flowing locks, floral crowns work just as well, if not better, on those with pixie cuts or braided updos.

Who gets this trend right?
