Best Dressed Of The Week – Sarah Jessica Parker In Mary Katrantzou & Emma Watson In Christian Dior

Best Dressed Of The Week - Sarah Jessica Parker In Mary Katrantzou & Emma Watson In Christian Dior

This week was very strong fashion-wise, so I am not surprised that there was a deadlock.

You couldn’t decide between Sarah Jessica Parker and Emma Watson.

Sarah for her unique, modern take on style at the New York Ballet with her embroidered Mary Katrantzou gown; and Emma who continues to leave us in awe, presenting an event-appropriate, sophisticated, chic look in Christian Dior.

I went for Sarah for the reason above and for not over-accessorizing.

Best Dressed Of The Week – Emmy Rossum In Oscar de la Renta, Abigail Spencer In Paule Ka & David Gandy In Marks & Spencer

Best Dressed Of The Week - Emmy Rossum In Oscar de la Renta, Abigail Spencer In Paule Ka & David Gandy In Marks & Spencer

Emmy Rossum was your best dressed this week wearing a gorgeous strapless tiered Oscar de la Renta gown to the LA Opera.

My vote went to Abigail Spencer in her black and white Paule Ka gown worn to the ‘This Is Where I Leave You’ LA premiere; as I said at the time, I don’t think she’s ever looked better – she totally blew me away.

Even with very stiff competition from Ryan Reynolds and Dan Stevens, Dandy Gandy, not surprisingly, was the runaway winner. Some may think he only gets votes because he is so damn good looking, but look again – the man knows how to wear a suit. On this occasion his Marks & Spencer suit was tailored and styled to perfection.

Best Dressed Of The Week – Keira Knightley In Michael Van Der Ham, Kate Bosworth In BOSS & Eddie Redmayne In Burberry Prorsum

Keira Knightley in Michael Van Der Ham and Kate Bosworth in BOSS were your best dressed this week.

You were swept away by the dark romance of Keira’s look – which saw her make a brief and welcome change from the expected – as much as you were blown away by Kate Bosworth’s matchy red ensemble, which was my personal favourite this week.

When it came to the gents there was no such competition, as the clear favourite was Eddie Redmayne in Burberry Prorsum. Even the suaveness of usual favourite Douglas Booth couldn’t come close to Eddie’s well-styled brightly coloured suit, which for some would be a risk, but this is standard practice for Eddie.
