Julianne Moore In Altuzarra - L'Oreal And Juliane Moore Prepare For 'Still Alice' Premiere

Julianne Moore prepared with L’Oreal for the ‘Still Alice’ premiere during the 2014 Toronto International Film Festival at the Shangri-La Hotel on Monday (September 8) in Toronto, Canada.

Working a sleek LBD, the actress selected the Altuzarra ‘Aurora’ v-neck, front-slit dress with velvet bow detail from the Resort 2015 collection paired with Jimmy Choo ‘Maiden’ black pumps.

In lieu of jewelry, her gem-encrusted black clutch provided the only sparkle she really needed.

There is no question the flame-haired star stunned with her sleek locks and smoky bronze makeup, even if that plunge neckline plummeted a bit too deep.

Menswear Red Carpet Roundup

Menswear Red Carpet Roundup

With Canada’s 2014 Toronto International Film Festival and New York City’s Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Spring 2015 in full swing, the men were out in force for a host of appearances over the past few days.

Andrew Garfield
: The actor attended the TIFF ’99 Homes’ premiere in a Burberry Tailoring three-piece charcoal suit with a traditional dark tie and dove-grey button-down. The suit was immaculate; the scruff was mountain man.

David Beckham: The soccer stud always cuts an impressive profile, and such was the case while he was out in New York City following wife Victoria Beckham’s Fashion Week show. He wore a black Dior Homme wool slim-shawl-collar tuxedo and white cotton shirt. The tux had nothing on him, as he looked every bit the cool customer with the relaxed fit and tie-less styling.

Elisabeth Moss In Antonio Berardi – Gotham Magazine September Cover Party

Elisabeth Moss In Antonio Berardi - Gotham Magazine September Cover Party

Elisabeth Moss celebrated her September cover of ‘Gotham’ magazine at a party hosted in her honour at Sanctuary Hotel’s Tender Restaurant in New York City on Monday (September 8).

The ‘Mad Men’ actress selected an Antonio Berardi Resort 2015 ensemble consisting of a structured, black boat-neck top and an architectural, shiny gunmetal skirt.

I wasn’t crazy about the poufy play on volume here, but more than anything, the lookbook’s bold crimson shoes had me wishing for a bolder, more vibrant pair aside from her Bionda Castana ‘Beatrix’ heels.

For the pop of colour, we’ll have to settle for the teal clutch and coral-red lip, with Jennifer Fisher Jewelry providing the finishing sparkle.

Keira Knightley In Dolce & Gabbana – ‘The Imitation Game’ Toronto Film Festival Press Conference

Keira Knightley In Dolce & Gabbana - 'The Imitation Game' Toronto Film Festival Press Conference
Keira Knightley returned to the scene at the 2014 Toronto International Film Festival for ‘The Imitation Game’ press conference, hosted on Tuesday (September 9) at the TIFF Bell Lightbox in Toronto, Canada.

I certainly did a double-take when I saw her dressed in this Dolce & Gabbana ivory lace frock with exploded black lace dots creating a graphic statement.

I was firmly opposed to the quirky dress at first glimpse. Now, some part of me has come to accept all those circles—and to even appreciate this bolder look from Keira. If nothing else, it’s attention-grabbing.

One thing I cannot accept are those black pumps, as they are such a drab, dark spot on this look.

Spot-on, or not?

Donna Karan Spring 2015 Front Row

Donna Karan Spring 2015 Front Row

Camila Alves and Caitlin FitzGerald were on the front row of the Donna Karan Spring 2015 fashion show, held during Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Spring 2015 in New York City on Monday (September 8). The two lovelies couldn’t have been better coordinated in their Donna Karan Fall 2014 dresses.

Camila Alves: Her dark grey, textural frock featured an exploded, geometric grid pattern of cutouts and sensual sheer detailing, which she accessorized with black sandals. Her tresses blended right in to the dress, so an updo would have been preferred here.

Caitlin FitzGerald: Also flaunting the peekaboo look, Caitlin’s black number had a slightly more streamlined silhouette and perhaps a touch more blatant sultry appeal with sheer panels tracing below her hip. Her makeup was barely detectable, but a dress like this almost demands a smoky eye or the pop of a bold lip as the finishing touch. Do you agree?
