Isabela Moner In Yanina Couture – ‘Transformers: The Last Knight’ London Premiere

The promo tour for the ‘Transformers: The Last Knight’ continued in London, with Isabela Moner in attendance at the premiere on Sunday (June 18).

Her China premiere look may have been cheekily on theme, but here her transformation for the evening was into that of a partial peacock with this Yanina Fall 2016 Couture gown that was likewise tufted in feathered plumes—as any good bird dress should be.

Execution-wise, the illusion neckline left just a bit to be desired as did the visible lining underneath; it would have done better in a similar blue-gray colour.

Whimsical though it was, it achieved said effect in a more dated, ice-dancing costume mood. Would you agree?

Marion Cotillard In Chloé – 31st Cabourg Film Festival Closing Ceremony

Marion Cotillard opted for an understated vision of glamour at the closing ceremony of the 31st Cabourg Film Festival on Saturday (June 17) in Cabourg, France.

In what continues as her more experimental, post-Dior phase, the actress wore a Chloé Resort 2018 peplum dress emboldened by a flash of metal throughout.

Attempting to imbue further edge into the frock’s more conservative shape, she styled a half side braid into her locks.

Rihanna In Christian Dior – ‘Young Fashion Designer’: LVMH Prize 2017 Edition

Rihanna was at the ‘Young Fashion Designer’: LVMH Prize 2017 Edition to announce the winner on Friday (June 16) in Paris.

Some may liken this white eyelet Christian Dior Resort 2018 design to a mere sundress.

But, in the hands of Rihanna, she exchanged its western influence and made it more of a look fitting of a fashion occasion with her tilted bolero, Chopard jewels, and black pointy stilettos.

At first, I called for a belt in this look that combined a feminine softness with that Rihanna edge. But, she used the plunge and slit to make the silhouette sultry, thus  lessening the need for a defined waistline.

Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge In Alexander McQueen – Trooping The Colour 2017

Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge was positively beaming at the Trooping The Colour 2017 parade on Saturday (June 17) in London alongside Prince William, Duke of Cambridge with the adorable Princess Charlotte and Prince George close at hand.

Her colour mantra for the day clearly took cues from pretty in pink, as she relied on favoured design house of Alexander McQueen for this sweet, gathered and pleated dress.

Together, with a matching Jane Taylor fascinator, this was right in the proper, sophisticated vein of Catherine’s style.

It was her radiant smile that sold the look, as one cannot deny the charm factor here.

Kirsten Dunst In Bottega Veneta – ‘The Beguiled’ LA Photocall

Kirsten Dunst attended the LA photocall for ‘The Beguiled’ on Sunday (June 11).

Finding inspiration in the vintage, ’40s-inspired leanings of the Bottega Veneta Pre-Fall 2017 collection, she wore a sweetly elegant dress with nail-head studded embellishment across the neckline.

I love the prim charm of this frock on Kirsten. And while the black sandals wouldn’t have been my first choice, she redeemed the styling with her bright magenta lip for a touch of modern boldness.

Gigi Hadid In Sally LaPointe – Out In New York City

Gigi Hadid and designer Sally LaPointe are quite the formidable fashion duo when it comes to the model’s New York City street style.

While we’ve seen Gigi in a traffic-stopping yellow Sally LaPointe look and another equally eye-catching embellished ensemble from the designer, this mint-green Resort 2018 number was positively sublime.

Not only is the colour incredibly stunning, the flowing movement and drape of the gossamer sweater and high-waist paint is at the pinnacle of relaxed sophistication.

The mini Stalvey bag and Stuart Weitzman’s ‘Clingy’ boots only upped the outfit’s ‘it-girl’ cred.
