Blanca Suarez In Emilio Pucci - ' I’m So Excited' Los Angeles Film Festival Opening Night Gala Premiere

Blanca Suárez glided down the red carpet of the 2013 Los Angeles Film Festival Opening Night Gala premiere of ‘I’m So Excited,’ hosted last night in the Regal Cinemas L.A. LIVE Stadium 14 in California.

For the occasion, the actress continued her Emilio Pucci streak that started at the New York City screening, this time wearing a white long-sleeve gown that featured intricately embroidered beading in a geometrical pattern.

Embellishment was the name of the game here, as she also accessorized her elaborate dress with a smattering of cocktail rings and a dainty pair of gemstone earrings, along with Jimmy Choo’s ‘Sweetie’ nude acrylic clutch.

A braided updo, woven with white flowers, imparted a romantic, bohemian quality to her look, whilst a smoky eye and hot-red manicure added a dose of sultriness.

Do you like Blanca’s effort, or do you find it to be too over-the-top?

Tika Sumpter In Chado Ralph Rucci - Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater Opening Night

You could spot Tika Sumpter from across the room, as she ignited the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater’s opening night at New York City’s Lincoln Center on Wednesday.

The actress gave us an intense jolt of colour in a shocking-pink Chado Ralph Rucci Spring 2013 dress.

The hot hue, which translated even more explosively than on the runway, was undoubtedly the main attraction. But Tika’s trendy Manolo Blahnik x Chado Ralph Rucci Spring 2013 heels commanded plenty of attention, too.

The clear PVC pumps, edged in metallic gold, are like the glass slipper for the modern fashion-girl, although I have a feeling they may be an acquired taste for some.

She completed the fluorescent flourish with a sleek, simple ponytail and without the glint of jewels—no sense competing with such a bold shade.

Celebs Love Balmain Pierre Bag

Meet ‘Pierre’—the plus-one that’s on the arm of all the fashion femmes.

The debut handbag from the house of Balmain, this classy companion is the result of a collaboration between Balmain’s creative director Olivier Rousteing and French jeweler Aurélie Bidermann.

And what an entrance the timeless yet trendy ‘Pierre’ has made, what with its lush suede—in Anthracite Grey, Camel and Cherry colours—its roomy interior, and the edgy faux-ivory tooth that coolly hangs from the handle.

Initially spotted in the stylish hands of Kate Moss, the purse received a few extra perks with her custom monogram and furry Fendi keychain that added some fluff to the front.

Unsurprisingly, Gwen Stefani gravitated towards the crimson version—it’s the perfect match to her poppy-red pout and her rocker-chic standard.

Proving the ‘Pierre’ is literally a model accessory, the bag has also been seen with runway royalty like Miranda Kerr and Rosie Huntington Whiteley, who made the sidewalk her catwalk when she strutted out the camel carryall. Model-cum-actress and fashion-girl Diane Kruger is obviously also a fan, going for the sophisticated shade of grey.

Do you have a crush on ‘Pierre,’ too?

HBO’s ‘True Blood’ Season 6 Premiere Menswear Round UpA cast of handsome vampires (and a werewolf) came out to play yesterday for the season 6 premiere of HBO’s ‘True Blood’ at the ArcLight Cinemas Cinerama Dome in Hollywood, California.

Stephen Moyer: Opting to go tie-less, the actor was the picture of relaxed ease on the red carpet in head-to-toe Ferragamo. Even with the dark navy suit appearing slightly crinkled, Stephen pulled it off with one glance of his steely stare.

Alexander Skarsgard: The Swedish stud wore a light gray Calvin Klein suit which was juxtaposed with a black tie. Polished and dapper… just like we’d expect.

Joe Manganiello: Taking an even more formal route than Alexander, Joe suited up in a double-breasted black jacket and slim-fit pants by John Varvatos, paired with a white shirt and skinny black tie. His scruffy beard and long hair put the edgy cool factor back into this buttoned-up look.

Summer Party On The Highline, Presented By Coach

Last night, a bevy of ‘it-list’ beauties gathered for a carnival-themed Summer Party, presented by Coach, on New York City’s High Line. Here, some of the looks that weren’t all as light and luscious as I was anticipating.

Katie Holmes: The actress-cum-designer kept it cool in a white one-shoulder Chloé Resort 2013 dress, accented with a mauve Coach ‘Madison’ gathered twist clutch, brown Azzedine Alaïa gladiator sandals and black-lacquered nails. The silhouette could have been more flattering, as I don’t love what the gathered dropped waist is doing to her figure at this angle.

Naomi Watts: Pretty in light pink, Naomi wore a loose, button-down See by Chloé shirtdress with white Bruno Magli sandals. Her metallic-accented, leopard-print sunnies added some of the pop I was originally seeking. A Coach Poppy Mirror metallic flight bag completed her look.

Connie Britton: The ‘Nashville’ star stood out in a breezy, aqua-blue high-low dress, grounded with a pair of chocolate-brown platform sandals. She definitely wins the best hair award of the group, as it’s hard to argue with her effortless auburn waves.

Anna Kendrick: Seemingly neither ready for summer or for a festive party, the actress took a darker approach, which looked hot—literally. Black on top of black came with her skinny jeans, a leather vest, and a sheer, geometrically printed Joe’s blouse. She carried a chain-strap Coach Legacy flight bag . My feet hurt just a little seeing those heels at an event like this.
