Anna Chlumsky In Escada – 2015 SAG Awards

Anna Chlumsky In Escada - 2015 SAG Awards

Anna Chlumsky attended the 2015 SAG Awards, held on Sunday night (January 25) at The Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles, California.

It has been months since we’ve seen the ‘Veep’ star on the red carpet, and she returned to the action in a custom Escada gown, accessorized by Solange Azagury-Partridge jewels.

Featuring an interesting fabrication that included a metallic silver, scoop bodice embroidered over a burnt-orange pleated full skirt, the dress had a slightly medieval influence.

Board-straight, centre-parted locks and a petal-pink lip infused a mod touch to the ensemble.

Jennifer Aniston In Vintage John Galliano - 2015 SAG Awards

Jennifer Aniston was back on the red carpet at the 2015 SAG Awards, hosted on Sunday (January 25) at The Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles, California.

The ‘Cake’ actress and nominee vamped up the evening in a vintage John Galliano metallic lace overlay gown, accented by Fred Leighton jewels including a long body chain.

With this bodycon, plunge dress, she also featured the twins in similar fashion as at the 2015 Critics’ Choice Movie Awards, continuing her new and sexy style vibe.

Sultry waves and nude makeup completed the look. Was it an interesting enough sartorial departure for you?

Lupita Nyong’o In Elie Saab – 2015 SAG Awards

Lupita Nyong'o In Elie Saab - 2015 SAG Awards

Lupita Nyong’o shut down the red carpet at the 2015 SAG Awards hosted at The Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles, California on Sunday (January 25).

The actress stunned in a jaw-dropping Elie Saab Pre-Fall 2015 long-sleeve, plunge gown that strongly stood out among the rest.

Featuring an abstract, multihued floral motif struck through with graphic black striping, this creation was an explosion of drama that was only elevated by its full-skirted silhouette.

Art-Deco-inspired Fred Leighton earrings complemented the dress, as did Lupita’s impeccable metallic eye shadow and berry-red lip. Continuing to switch up her styling, she worked a beautifully braided updo this time out.

Felicity Jones In Balenciaga – 2015 SAG Awards

Felicity Jones In Balenciaga - 2015 SAG Awards

Felicity Jones was also among the star-studded list at the 2015 SAG Awards at The Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles, California on Sunday (January 25).

Having failed to impress at the 2015 Critics’ Choice Movie Awards, I had high hopes for ‘The Theory of Everything’ actress and Screen Actors Guild nominee.

She selected a Balenciaga blush-hued gown, featured a crisscross, off-the-shoulder bodice, that was also rather mature for the starlet. Van Cleef & Arpels earrings and a slicked-back bun completed the look.

Between the pale colour and the uninspiring silhouette, I was sadly left underwhelmed by her effort; perhaps I am still under the influence of her more glorious Golden Globes moment.

Laverne Cox In Johanna Johnson – 2015 SAG Awards

Laverne Cox attended the 2015 SAG Awards at The Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles, California on Sunday night (January 25).

The ‘Orange is the New Black’ star wore a Johanna Johnson liquid-silver gown, embellished with bejeweled shoulder detailing.

Working the dress’s long train to her advantage throughout the evening, she likewise accessorized the ensemble with a Judith Leiber clutch, Stuart Weitzman heels, and Forevermark jewels.

With all that glossy shine, the look didn’t really need the complexity of her braided hair style; a simpler ’do would have done just fine.

Sofia Vergara In Donna Karan Atelier – 2015 SAG Awards

Sofia Vergara In Donna Karan Atelier - 2015 SAG Awards

Sofia Vergara attended the 2015 SAG Awards on Sunday night (January 25), held at The Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles, California.

It’s been awhile since we’ve seen this Latin lovely on the red carpet, but the ‘Modern Family’ star picked up right where she left off with her voluptuous, va-va-voom style.

The Donna Karan Atelier gown featured a crimson shade of silk georgette that draped over an exposed corset and then cascaded into a train at the back. It certainly enhanced her beautiful curves, but it still remained a rather expected silhouette.

She wore her highlighted locks board-straight, matching her lip lacquer to the dress.

A contrasting pair of statement earrings could have taken this look to the next level. As is, I may have just yawned.
