Anna Kendrick In Thakoon – 2015 Oscars

Anna Kendrick was quite punctual to the 2015 Oscars held at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood on Sunday (February 22).

The funnylady and presenter wore a custom Thakoon coral gown with a keyhole accent and diamond collar.

Diamond earrings and a cocktail ring continued the classic glamour theme.

The color and drape of the gown offer a classic elegance that suits Anna well.

While Anna is always adventurous with her makeup, and often tries different looks, which I love, this is one of my favorite makeup looks I’ve ever seen her wear. The blush of her cheeks and lips are the perfect match with her gown, and the slightly smokey eyes are a dream.

A textured updo complete the lovely look.

Jamie Chung In Yanina Couture- 2015 Oscars

Jamie Chung was one of the first stars to walk the red carpet of the 2015 Oscars held at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood on Sunday (February 22).

The lovely star wore a regal sleeveless Yanina Couture gown with layers and layers of tulle and sequin starburst accents.

Leticia Linton diamond cluster earrings are the perfect dramatic jewels to accompany the look.

Radiant skin, expertly contoured cheeks and a glossy nude lip are the perfect touch with her silky curls.

This is a true movie star moment for Jamie, and she looks stunning. I love absolutely everything about her look.

Keira Knightley In Michael Van Der Ham – ‘Laggies’ Toronto Film Festival Premiere

Keira Knightley In Michael Van Der Ham - 'Laggies' Toronto Film Festival Premiere

Keira Knightley attended the premiere of her film ‘Laggies’ at the 2014 Toronto International Film Festival on Wednesday (September 10).

For the occasion, the star wore a gorgeous navy-colored custom Michael Van Der Ham gown with black and silver beaded applique detailing, and tulle overlay skirt.

She paired the gown with stunning diamond and pearl jewels and simple black pumps.

Keira wears both the color navy and a boatneck neckline so well, and this intricate and creative look is a fun addition to her arsenal of lovely ensembles during TIFF.

A bright red lip was the perfect makeup choice to go with this gown, and paired with gray-lined eyes and slightly purple-tinged eyeshadow, the makeup look is a total win.

Even a slightly messy, low-slong ponytail, thanks in part to an extremely windy red carpet, doesn’t detract from the lovely look.

Kristen Wiig In Peter Som – ‘The Skeleton Twins’ LA Premiere

Kristen Wiig In Peter Som - 'The Skeleton Twins' LA Premiere

Kristen Wiig attended the premiere of her film ‘The Skeleton Twins’ at the Arclight Theatre in Los Angeles on Wednesday (September 10).

For the red carpet affair, Kristen wore a vibrant blue floral print, pleated skirt and matching swing crop top from the Peter Som Spring 2012 collection.

You may recall that we saw a skirt from this same collection back in 2012 on Rachel McAdams.

I love this breezy, vibrant look on Kristen, and it seems to match her personality more than some of the more somber choices she’s made on the red carpet.

A simple blowout on her blonde bob, metallic eyeshadow, slightly flushed cheeks and raspberry lips are the perfect complement to the cheery print.

A solid head-to-toe appearance by Kristen is a welcomed change for the star.

Jess Weixler In Prada – ‘The Disappearance Of Eleanor Rigby’ New York Screening

Jess Weixler In Prada - 'The Disappearance Of Eleanor Rigby' New York Screening

Along with costar Jessica Chastain, Jess Weixler attended the New York screening of her film ‘The Disappearance of Eleanor Rigby’ at Landmark’s Sunshine Cinema on Wednesday (September 10).

And, like Jessica, Jess also chose to wear head-to-toe Prada.

The actress wore a dual effect, long-sleeved, belted dress with one sheer sleeve and connected scarf details from the Prada Fall 2014 collection.

The periwinkle color of this dress is unexpected and refreshing, and juxtaposing it with the burgundy is a fun color-blocking choice. That said, despite some really intriguing design elements to this dress, it’s just really hard to pull off, and I feel it overwhelms Jess’s frame.

I do love the continued color-blocking with the purple ankle-strap Prada heels, and her dark brows and deep raspberry lips pop beautifully against the colors of the dress and her porcelain skin.

So what do you think: Are you liking this look more than I?
