Aubrey Plaza In Alexandre Vauthier – 2015 Emmy Awards

Aubrey Plaza In Alexandre Vauthier - 2015 Emmy Awards

Aubrey Plaza brought old Hollywood glam to the red carpet of the 2015 Emmy Awards Sunday night (September 20) at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles.

The actress wore a a slinky Alexandre Vauthier Fall 2015 gown with tiny red glittering polka dots and a deep neck V and leg slit that let us know she’s got a figure worth envying.

I love that Aubrey’s style is a bit unpredictable, which made this look a wonderful surprise for me. I love how easy and frankly, comfortable, this gown looks while still being elegant and fun. The sleeve length, the neckline–it’s all superb, and I’m giving Aubrey a standing ovation from afar.

Delicate Lorraine Schwartz jewels, classic pointy-toed black pumps, a sleek bob and playful pink eyeshadow are the cherry on top of this look.

Sarah Hyland In Zac Posen – 2015 Emmy Awards

Sarah Hyland In Zac Posen - 2015 Emmy Awards

Sarah Hyland looked polished and demure on the red carpet of the 2015 Emmy Awards at the Microsoft Theater tonight (September 20) in Los Angeles.

The actress donned a burgundy Zac Posen Fall 2015 gown with Anne Siseron Jewelry in a matching hue.

I couldn’t be more enchanted with this look on Sarah. Zac’s perfect construction and the stylish star is a match made in heaven, and I absolutely love her choice of making the gown have the off-the-shoulder detailing versus how it came down the runway.

A matching burgundy mani, slightly tousled bob and metallic smokey eyes and nude lips finish a totally winning look.

Heidi Klum In Atelier Versace – 2015 Emmy Awards

Heidi Klum In Atelier Versace - 2015 Emmy Awards

Heidi Klum struck a supermodel pose on the red carpet of the 2015 Emmy Awards at Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles tonight (September 20).

For the occasion, the ‘Project Runway’ host chose a butter yellow asymmetrical gown Atelier Versace gown from the Fall 2015 collection with matching yellow strapped Versace sandals and Lorraine Schwartz baubles.

The only thing I can say here, is, ‘Oh Heidi’. While this is the second time this week Heidi opted for a Versace gown, this one just isn’t working as well as the last. While her legs look absolutely phenomenal in the see-through skirt, the ruffly long-sleeved side of this dress is really throwing me off.

Her signature sleek chignon and smokey makeup look is the finishing touch.

What do you think–do you love or hate the unique dress Heidi is rocking?

Emily Robinson In Kayat – 2015 Emmy Awards

Emily Robinson In Kayat - 2015 Emmy Awards

Young star Emily Robinson was one of the first stars to hit the red carpet of the 2015 Emmy Awards at Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles, CA tonight (September 20).

The actress wore a floral embroidered Kayat gown from the Spring 2015 collection, with a slight high/low hemline and 3/4-length sleeves.

While the silhouette of this gown seems a bit mature at first glance, the floral print and styling keeps it young, and I like that Emily chose to wear a grown-up gown to a grown-up occasion.

A textured ponytail, simple jewels and rosy cheeks and lips are the perfect complements for the lovely, feminine gown.

Portia de Rossi In Zuhair Murad Couture – The Paley Center For Media Presents An Evening With The Cast Of ‘Scandal’

Portia de Rossi In Zuhair Murad Couture - The Paley Center For Media Presents An Evening With The Cast Of 'Scandal'

Portia de Rossi attended The Paley Center for Media’s special evening with the cast of ‘Scandal’ on Thursday (May 14) in New York City.

For the occasion, she wore an intriguing skirt, top and jacket look from the Zuhair Murad Fall 2014 Couture collection. Side button detailing on the long open skirt and sea-kelp esque appliqués on the white satin jacket and mesh shirt give a whole new twist to the concept of a power suit.

Portia also chose to wear some extensions on the cropped ‘do she’s been rocking, and unfortunately, I feel like this was the wrong night to do so. Such a detailed fashion look needs to be the focus, and the hair muddles up what could have been a strong look, and almost hides the popped collar.

I just know that this look is going to be quite polarizing in the comments, but I think with the right hair styling on her normally fierce pixie, she could have rocked this look enough to win anyone over.
