Elizabeth Olsen In Christian Dior – ‘Liberal Arts’ New York Screening

Elizabeth Olsen illustrated her ongoing love of horizontal stripes and flared skirts at the screen of her film ‘Liberal Arts’ in New York City on Monday.

The actress wore a grey, cream and pink leather dress from Christian Dior’s Resort 2013 collection.

This look is not a huge departure from the Antonio Berardi dress she wore last week, but the Dior creates a more pleasing silhouette and is an easier look to pull off in front of the papparazzi.

You may remember that Kerry Washington and Jessica Biel donned the original scoop-neck look book version of this dress earlier this year.

I’m liking this look on Elizabeth right down to her ankles. The hair are makeup are on on point, but the shoes are a mismatch in my book.

Joan Hornig earrings and a Melinda Maria and J/Hadley ring completed the look.

Diane Kruger In Valentino Couture – ‘Inescapable’ Toronto Film Festival

Diane Kruger attended yesterday’s ‘Inescapable’ premiere at the Roy Thomson Hall during the 2012 Toronto Film Festival with her beau Joshua Jackson.

The actress wore a piece from the Valentino Fall 2012 Couture collection.

Diane stayed true to her stylish self in this dress. Although the sequin and fur-lined bodice threatened to overwhelm her with its long sleeves and distinctive pattern, the skirt’s high-waist, gathered slit and just-above-the-knee hem rebalance the proportions.

A black clutch, black pumps, flawless makeup and a top knot complete her look.

Cat Deeley In Pamella Roland – FOX’s Fall Eco-Casino Party

Cat Deely attended FOX’s Fal eco-casino party at The Bookbindery in Culver City, California on Monday.

The British TV presenter wore a backless white beaded dress from Pamella Roland’s Fall 2012 collection.

The dress looks great on Cat, showing off her sevelt form and California glow. The clutch and metallic Jimmy Choo ‘Lance’ sandals are also style winners.

Her halo braid hairstyle, however, looks a little out of place.

I’m used to her long blonde locks and there’s something about this Heidi look that’s ageing on Cat.

Kristen Wiig In Alberta Ferretti – ‘Imogenee’ Toronto Film Festival Premiere

Kristen Wiig went for a vintage-inspired look for the ‘Imogenee’ premiere during the Toronto Film Festival last week.

The actress, writer and comedian wore a dress from the Alberta Ferretti Pre-Fall 2012 collection for the event.

I love this laid-back nod to the 20s look on Kirsten. The dark purple goes well against her fair skin and dark hair, while the semi-casual fit seems to suit her personality.

The shoes, however, are an odd match, though it could be the photography and the light, and the necklace is an unnecessary addition.

Loose waves and pastel pink make-up complete her look.

Emily Blunt In Tory Burch for the Green Carpet Challenge – ‘Arthur Newman’ Toronto Film Festival Premiere

Emily Blunt got in touch with her ethical side for the ‘Arthur Newman’ premiere during the 2012 Toronto Film Festival last night.

For the event, the British actress opted for a dress made by Tory Burch for the Green Carpet Challenge.

All I can say is ‘bravo.’

The white ruched dress is made from silk tulle reclaimed from Tory Burch’s end of line and archive store, while the neckline is constructed of recycled brass and features floral motifs made from amber and light topaz.

Although ruching of this intensity is difficult to pull off because it adds so much extra bulk, Emily is able to carry this look off.

Grey heels, patterned clutch and a hot pink lip also help to lift this eco chic ensemble.
