Jennifer Lopez In MaxMara – Out In New York City

Jennifer Lopez was snapped out in about in New York City’s Tribeca neighbourhood yesterday.

For her outing, the singer and actress wore a dusty pink jumpsuit from MaxMara.

This look is quintessentially Jennifer – from the oversized sunglasses and wavy locks to the large diamond earrings, chunky cuff and nude platform Christian Louboutin peep-toe heels.

The jumpsuit is not a piece everyone could wear. The colour is a difficult to pull off, but it looks excellent against Jennifer’s skin. The fit is gorgeous too.

A pearlized pink Nancy Gonzalez crocodile clutch and apricot lip complete her look.

Kate Hudson In Alexander McQueen – ‘Glee’ Season 4 LA Premiere Screening

Kate Hudson suited up for the season 4 premiere of ‘Glee’ held at the Paramount Studios in LA on Wednesday.

The actress was a vision on the red carpet in a black-and-white Alexander McQueen ensemble.

Kate worked a sexy edge into this androgynous look by adding a low-cut chemise top, chunky gold bangles, and a black and gold clutch.

I don’t even mind the textured black Brian Atwood pumps. I do, however, have a slight issue with the bushy ponytail – a slicker hairstyle would’ve suited this look better.

A dewy complexion, Pomellato jewels, smokey eye and pastel pink lip finished her look.

Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge In Erdem – British Gala Reception

The Duchess of Cambridge continued flaunting with florals for a visit to the British High Commissioner’s residence with her husband Prince William, Duke of Cambridge, in Singapore on Wednesday.

For the official event, the Duchess wore a dress from Erdem’s Spring 2012 collection.

In addition to flowery prints, Kate has certainly favoured a cinched waist and a  floaty skirt during her Jubilee tour of Asia: The Jenny Packham orchids were followed by Alexander McQueen’s broderie anglaise and Raoul’s geometric print – and now we have this ensemble.

The Erdem dress is event appropriate and her signature glossy hair, heavy make-up and LK Bennet shoes were all present and correct.

A mauve clutch and Kiki McDonough earrings completed her look.

Marisa Tomei In Jonathan Saunders – ‘Inescapable’ Toronto Film Festival Premiere

Marisa Tomei attended the ‘Inescapable’ premiere at the Roy Thomson Hall during the 2012 Toronto Film Festival last night.

The actress opted for a Jonathan Saunders dress from the designer’s Pre-Fall 2012 collection.

Although I like this dress, I think I would’ve preferred Marisa in the orange halter-necked piece pictured on the model above. The bare shoulders and striking colour would’ve packed a bigger punch.

Marisa finished her look with gold accessories, including a Sergio Rossi ‘Paillon’ clutch and chunky cuff.

Rachel McAdams In Emilio Pucci – ‘Passion’ Toronto Film Festival Premiere

Rachel McAdams chose another high neckline look for the ‘Passion’ premiere held at The Elgin and Winter Garden Theatre during the 2012 Toronto Film Festival yesterday.

For the event, the actress wore an Emilio Pucci custom tuxedo look.

Rachel, who has already divided critics this week with this Elie Saab look, seems bent on covering up her neck and making anything on her midriff overly busy while in her native Canada.

Embellishments aside, the Pucci creates a beautiful silhouette on her, which is accented by Rachel’s loose waves and soft pastel make-up.

Jessica Alba In Preen – TechCrunch Disrupt SF 2012

Jessica Alba attended the 2012 TechCrush Disrupt conference in San Francisco, California, on Monday.

The actress opted for a Preen Resort 2013 ensemble.

She paired a navy top with two-tone jacquard pants with leopard stamped print.

I love how Jessica never shies away from either colour or print – and it always works for her.

Natural waves and white sandals complete her look.

Roxane Mesquida In Giorgio Armani – ‘Kiss of the Damned’ Venice Film Festival Photocall

Roxane Mesquida sparkled at the ‘Kiss of the Damned’ photocall during the 2012 Venice Film Festival.

For the event, Roxane wore a Giorgio Armani dress from the designer’s Fall 2012 collection.

This is the second time this week that this dress has a caught our eye – the first was on Nieves Alvarez and now here we have Roxane.

I think I prefer Roxane’s interpretation over Nieves. The 50s sci-fi cut and galaxy-esque embellishments need a strong attitude to make it shine, and Rozane definitely has the edge.

Feathered black statement heels, a messy bob and red manicure finish her look.
