Claire Danes In Giambattista Valli – ‘Late Show with David Letterman’

Claire Danes In Giambattista Valli - 'Late Show with David Letterman'

Claire Danes was spotted outside the Ed Sullivan Theater after making a guest appearance on the ‘Late Show with David Letterman’ in New York City yesterday.

The actress was a matchy-matchy lady in red, pairing a floral lace Giambattista Valli cocktail dress with a tweedy overcoat and Christian Louboutin pointy-toe pumps — all in the same striking shade of scarlet red.

As if that weren’t enough colour to digest, Claire also debuted her new strawberry blonde locks. While not quite as red as her alter ego’s, Angela Chase from the ’90s show ‘My So-Called Life’, it’s certainly a noticeable change.

She completed the look with darkly-lined eyes and a nude lip.

Miranda Kerr In Michael Kors - JFK

Miranda Kerr was spotted at JFK Airport on Thursday.

The model had just arrived in New York City following her guest appearance at the ‘Michael Kors and Miranda Kerr Celebrate Elle Japan December Cover’ #MKTOKYO party in Tokyo, and was clearly still feeling the Michael Kors love.

She wore a blue floral-printed dress belted with a brown python belt, both from Michael Kors’ Spring 2014 collection, which she styled with a navy blazer worn on the shoulders, nude Michael Kors ‘Avra’ pumps, and a black Samantha Thavasa bag.

Vogue NO.100 Night In Beijing

Vogue NO 100 Night In Beijing

The glamour was on full display at Tuesday’s Vogue NO. 100 Night in Beijing. Here’s a look at who wore what for the evening’s festivities.

Shu Qi: The actress wore an embellished Hugo Boss Fall 2013 gown with its statement hardware belt, styling it with a slicked-back bun and minimalist drop earrings. While this dress was previously worn by Jourdan Dunn, it could almost be mistaken as two very different looks, don’t you think?

Du Juan: The model-actress stepped out in a floor-length, sleeveless Valentino Resort 2014 dress that featured all-over floral embroidery. Her pin-straight locks and red lip completed the look.

Liu Zi: Clad in a wine-red Emporio Armani Fall 2013 number, Liu Zi showed off the dress’s one sleeve on, one sleeve off detail, along with its almost cumbersome voluminous shape. She paired the look with a black-and-gold clutch and a gold collar statement necklace.

Qin Shupei: The lanky model chose a strapless LWD with floral-embroidered waist detail from the Christian Dior Fall 2013 collection, which she complemented with a red lip, white pumps, and a simple double-strand silver necklace.

Li Feier: By choosing a floor-skimming white lace Dolce & Gabbana number, Li looked mermaid-like and ethereal. She accessorized with a white clutch, gold cuff, and a skinny tiara.

Emma Pei: The model evoked quite the 1920s flapper vibe in her Giorgio Armani Fall 2013 look, consisting of a silver-sequin, black-button vest top layered over a black velvet dress. A gold-plated black clutch, black sandals, and barely-there makeup were her final touches.

Haden Kuo: The actress wore a sleeveless, floor-length, gold Andrew Gn Fall 2013 dress with black lace overlay, pairing it with her long wavy locks to finish.

Ge Huijie: The model selected one of the dramatic mesh-and-feathered dresses from the Gucci Fall 2013 lineup. The eye-catching points didn’t stop there, though. She styled her dress with sheer black tights, holographic sandals, a grey clutch, hoop earrings, and a matte red lip.

Evan Rachel Wood In Robert Rodriguez - 'Charlie Countryman' New York Screening

Evan Rachel Wood attended the ‘Charlie Countryman’ screening in New York City on Wednesday evening.

The actress looked polished in a sleeveless black Robert Rodriguez Spring 2014 dress, which featured pockets, a double-breasted crossover front, and a conservative below-the-knee hemline.

She ditched the wide belt, as seen in the lookbook, opting to accessorize with a pair of studded Jimmy Choo ‘Maya’ pumps instead.

Natural makeup, Rona Pfeiffer stud earrings and slightly slicked hair completed the look.

2013 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show Models Red Carpet Roundup

2013 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show Models Red Carpet Roundup

Taylor Swift and Ciara weren’t the only ones making a splash at the 2013 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, held at the Lexington Avenue Armory in New York City yesterday. The red carpet played host to a handful of the show’s leggy models, all of whom wore only slightly less revealing clothing than what was shown on the runway.

Lindsay Ellingson: Decked out in a structural burgundy-hued minidress courtesy of Mugler Spring 2013, Lindsay took a more futuristic approach to sexy styling. To lighten the mood, she accessorized with powder pink pumps.

Karlie Kloss: The statuesque model chose an off-the-shoulder, cleavage-enhancing LWD from Cushnie Et Ochs Resort 2014, and paired it with a white studded Rebecca Minkoff  ‘Coco’ clutch and black sandals.

Alessandra Ambrosio: The Angel showed off her toned physique in a red leather Anthony Vaccarello Spring 2014 look, which featured a daring open front and strange triangle-shaped detail at the skirt’s hem. Metallic pumps and a gold cuff bracelet completed the look.

Michael B. Jordan In Louis Vuitton & Prada – GQ Dinner & Men Of The Year Party

Micheal B Jordan - GQ Celebrations

Michael B. Jordan doubled up on the GQ festivities this week, attending both the dinner and the GQ Men Of The Year Party in Los Angeles, California.

On Monday, the actor attended the GQ Dinner in a gray-checkered Louis Vuitton suit, consisting of a double-breasted blazer and slim trousers. He partnered the look with a crisp white shirt, light blue tie, and black Christian Louboutin ‘New Platers Fiori’ shoes.

The following evening, he switched things up at the GQ Men Of The Year Party with a many-shades-of-blue Prada suit. Between the navy shirt, matching trousers, dark aqua-coloured blazer, printed tie, and polished black monk-strap oxfords, it felt a little busy to me.

That said, there’s not a lot Michael B. Jordan can do to look less than handsome.

‘Best Man Holiday’ New York Premiere

'Best Man' New York Premiere

Sanaa Lathan and Nia Long both took to the red carpet at last night’s ‘The Best Man Holiday’ screening in New York City.

Sanaa Lathan: The actress chose a teal-hued Amanda Wakeley number for the occasion, letting the geometric cutouts along the neckline and visible darting down the bodice do all the figure-flattering work. She accessorized with black peep-toe Brian Atwood pumps, Brumani jewels, and an Inge Christopher clutch; then finished with Farrah Fawcett-esque hair and berry lips.

Nia Long: Opting for a similar body-con silhouette, Nia selected a long-sleeved Cushnie Et Ochs LWD. To complement the crisp, sexy look, she wore embellished Saint Laurent heels, a Giuseppe Zanotti clutch, loose waves, and a purple-red lip colour.
