Miranda Lambert In Georges Chakra – 2018 ACM Awards

Miranda Lambert was a triple winner at the 2018 Academy of Country Music Awards held on Sunday (April 15) in Las Vegas, Nevada, taking home award for Best Song for ‘Tin Man’, Best Video for ‘We Should Be Friends’ and Best Female Vocalist.

Dressed in an eye-popping Georges Chakra Spring 2017 sleeveless gown with a striped sequin nude illusion bodice and thigh high slit, this was a rare sultry moment from the singer.

The colour combo red and pink has had many successful outings on the red carpet, but her Tyler Ellis Lee Pouchet in magenta satin didn’t quite work for me here.

I’m confident it’s the shade of pink that is throwing the combo off. But then I wondered, had the bodice been magenta would this have worked better?

Miranda added a selection of gold accessories, including her 1 pin representing unity in honour of the victims of the 2017 Route 91 Harvest Festival Las Vegas tragedy.
