Margot Robbie In Chanel Couture – EE British Academy Film Awards Nominees Party

Margot Robbie stepped out at the EE British Academy Film Awards nominees party on Saturday (February 17) in London, England, joining Caitriona BalfeGugu Mbatha-Raw and Anya Taylor-Joy.

She is nominated for Best Actress in a Leading Role and her Chanel Spring 2018 Couture dress has a celebratory feel.

The white tweed is enlivened with frothy fringing decorating the hems and neckline. The whimsical charm was enhanced with the softly flared skirt.

The high pockets were another sweet addition, which she gamely showed off.

She has worn Chanel to a couple of awards season events so it will be interesting to see whether she picks the designer again. Given the ethereal sophistication of this look, I hope she does.

    I don’t mind it.

I don’t find this flattering on her, neither in its shapeless design nor the colouring against her skin.

  6. Leandra February 18, 2018 at 18:31 #

It’s a lovely dress on the runway, I dislike the alterations made for her.

  8. Tamia February 18, 2018 at 16:28 #

Yes she’s beautiful. However, she has the remarkable knack of making Chanel look like Zara.

It’s a bit too monotone and shapeless for me but it’s definitely not an offensive look from Margot

A little frothy and heavy at the same time.

  11. Maya February 18, 2018 at 14:21 #

Strange that she would pick a look that’s quite reminiscent of the dress she wore to the Oscar nominees luncheon.

Meh and please stop with the childish pigeon toed stance.

    • JHH February 18, 2018 at 17:12 #

I thought I was the only person who can’t bear that stance. The other queen of it is Kate Mara.

and Katie Holmes. It annoys me no end.
