Front Row @ Bottega Veneta Fall 2018

The Bottega Veneta Fall 2018 show at New York Fashion Week on Friday (February 9) had a number of lovely ladies in attendance.

Julianne Moore: The actress cut a sophisticated figure in all black. She brought colour into the look via her textured cognac clutch and jewels. Some might be missing the drama from her red carpet looks, but the ensemble is appropriate for the event and a good representation of the designer’s refined luxury.

Priyanka Chopra: The ‘Quantico’ star brought some shine with a blush dress decorated with oversized paillettes. The arrangement of the embellishment creates a marvelous textured effect against the fabric belt, but it’s the warm colours that have the greatest impact as they enliven her complexion. Jimmy Choo ‘Minny’ sandals were the finishing touch.

Salma Hayek: The Mexican beauty is a master at choosing outfits that are illustrative of her and a designer. This lacy ensemble shows off her curves with the mix of fabrics and boots adding moody glamour. Pomellato jewels added some sparkle.

Ana De Armas: The ‘Blade Runner 2049’ actress showed neutrals can still be striking with a Spring 2017 dress. The collared style has a sensual flair with the open neckline and the cascading embellishment. Against the weighty tan fabric, the sparkle adds a charming whimsical factor. Her accessories played off the frock.
