Stuart Weitzman’s Fall 2018 Presentation
Lovely ladies put their best foot forward at the Stuart Weitzman Fashion Week Cocktail Party on Thursday (February 8) in New York City.
Doutzen Kroes: Not shying away from making a statement, the Dutch model was clad in an Ingorokva coat and Stuart Weitzman ‘Histyle’ boots. The patent black trench plays off the scrunched effect of the red leather footwear. This is a tricky silhouette to pull off and needed someone of her stature to do it.
Solange Knowles: The singer had plenty of interest in her ensemble with the sharp lines of the Mugler Resort 2018 separates, the Stuart Weitzman ‘Shoebox’ clutch and ‘Eventually’ pumps, and mismatched earrings. I must admit that my eye is still drawn to her pale blonde afro. It had a halo quality in the way it framed her face.
Camilla Belle: Channeling soft sensuality, she wore an Adeam Spring 2018 dress with Stuart Weitzman ‘Alterego’ pumps and John Hardy jewels. It has a retro sentiment without becoming cliché thanks to the cool-toned colour palette and injection of bright pink lipstick.
Nina Agdal: The Danish model added a sexy feel to her Alice + Olivia Resort 2018 trench with Stuart Weitzman ‘Histyle’ boots. The clutch and hoop earrings increase the glam factor even more. I’m sure there will be many comparisons between this look and Doutzen’s.
Madeline Brewer: The ‘Orange is the New Black’ actress shimmered in a brocade Alice McCall dress and John Hardy jewels. She styled the look with Stuart Weitzman ‘Pure’ booties and Wolford tights. The accessories made me wish she had added a jacket as the top and bottom are projecting different seasons.
Jamie Chung: Deviating from the pumps and boots, the ‘Once Upon a Time’ actress sported Stuart Weitzman ‘Monk’ flats. She showcased their striking white shade with a checked jumpsuit and a Kate Spade New York ‘White Rock Road Mini Sam’ bag.
