I guess I’m alone. I actually like how Beyoncé and Cardi B look. I think the looks are unexpected and refreshing.

No mention of Hailey? She was by far my favourite!

    • Nat39 January 30, 2018 at 00:45 #

Even though it wasn’t something super amazing, she did give the freshest look of the rather stale bunch (not counting Miley’s extra beautiful performance look), and totally hit the nail on the head for the occasion, down to the hot on-trend ultraviolet color of the boots.

I’d change Lady Gaga for Miley’s performance look

    These roundup-posts are always great!

I thought the men really outdressed the women this year. There were several awesome looks (Zayn, Neyo, Common, Nick, etc.). Gaga’s hair was the best part on the women’s side for me.

The Beyonce caption is hilarious. The Grammys were a total snoozefest this year for red carpet looks. As always, thanks for all your hardwork, FC.

This was not a great Grammys for sure. I love Miley’s performance look though!

  9. Silvia January 29, 2018 at 16:15 #

Absolutely agree with Neyo, he looked fantastic and has a beautiful smile.

Thank you for the fantastic coverage. I don’t agree with the top three awards but we can’t all like the same things. What does PB mean?

    • Catherine Kallon January 29, 2018 at 15:44 #

      Personal best

      • JHH January 29, 2018 at 16:28 #

Thank you. I agree with award wholeheartedly.

my fave Chrissy look is the Oscars 2016! She slayed award season that year with her first pregnancy.

The Ashanti, Katie, Cardi and Heidi awards had me LOLing! Great roundup, FC! Thanks for the amazing coverage, as always 🙂

    • Catherine Kallon January 29, 2018 at 15:44 #

Can Katie Holmes stop with the pigeon-toed stance? You’re a grown woman. I have to disagree with the Old Hollywood Glamour Award – You can see Rita Ora’s ass when she stands sideways and the slit is way too high. I hated everything about Gaga’s looks and could not believe it was Armani. I agree with Eve as best dressed. She looked elegant and cool.

    • james January 29, 2018 at 18:11 #

I have to agree with you on all points esp. Rita Ora’s look. Besides, the slit made her leg look HUGE!

I don’t agree with your best dressed awards – that suit is a major deja vu, Gaga’ black look was bulky and unrefined, the best dressed male looks nice, but reads more “country music awards” stylewise. But thanks for the great coverage, as always!

    • Mimi January 29, 2018 at 15:30 #

Totally agree about Eve’s suit being major deja vu, Beyonce and Bella Hadid wore the Givenchy version, in addition to Josephine Skriver wearing this version.

    • Catherine Kallon January 29, 2018 at 15:46 #

Nat39, honestly, I found this years Grammys to be totally underwhelming. My least favourite ever I think.

I missed JLO. Then Rihanna and Beyonce failed in her absence

      • JHH January 29, 2018 at 16:31 #

Yes, indeed, this year’s Grammy’s were very underwhelming.

      • Alexandra January 29, 2018 at 21:31 #

        I agree! It was lacklustre.

      • Mimi January 29, 2018 at 22:46 #

agree! also just realized i missed Katy Perry.

      • Nat39 January 30, 2018 at 00:24 #

Thank you for the reply, Catherine 🙂 I agree it wasn’t the best.
Either way, we always appreciate all the work you do, even if we don’t agree sometimes. Thanks a lot again!!
