Cardi B In Ashi Studio – 2018 Grammy Awards

I wasn’t all too excited about Cardi B’s Ashi Studio look at the GRAMMY Salute to Industry Icons Honoring Jay-Z on Saturday (January 27).

But, what a difference a day makes, as the ‘Bodak Yellow’ rapper and nominee took us on a far more directional journey in an Ashi Studio Fall 2017 Couture confection for the 2018 Grammy Awards tonight (January 28) in New York City.

This sculptural fashion feat was so very angelic in mood, with its delicate purity of lacy white undulations.

At first, I was wishing for a sleeker hairstyle, but I can see that she was likely trying to offer a softer, less contrived take on an updo with this undone look.

She accessorised with Christian Louboutin heels along with wing-shaped ear cuff and accompanying Messika diamond jewels.

Did she redeem herself here?
