Melissa Benoist In Solace London – ‘Waco’ New York Premiere

Melissa Benoist made a colourful statement at the ‘Waco’ New York premiere on Monday (January 22).

I want to get behind this because it is evident that the Solace London dress has some striking details, but I think some tailoring is in order.

What’s more, I don’t think the ‘Supergirl’ actress’s pose helped show off the frock’s detail. The side twist becomes lost in the sleeve and it reads as messy.

Unfortunately, the hair does nothing to help as it ages the piece. A modern topknot or ponytail would have been more successful.

She is someone who benefits from minimalist, classic designs and I hope she returns to that aesthetic at her next event.
